Boardon hilft HR-Fachleuten, eine mobile Schritt-für-Schritt-Einführung zu organisieren. Sende direkt nach der Rekrutierung eine Einladung per E-Mail oder SMS. Der Neuzugang erhält alle notwendigen Informationen direkt auf sein Handy. Du kannst Erinnerungen hinzufügen und wichtige Dokumente versenden, die der Neuzugang einsehen muss, bevor er seine neue Stelle antritt. So ist leicht ablesbar, dass neue Mitarbeitende zu 100 % am Onboarding-Programm teilgenommen haben. Zur Vereinfachung der Verwaltung sind Berichte und Importfunktionen verfügbar.

Excellent platform for onboarding employees
Kommentare: Onboarding employees has been seamless since I started using boardon, it's great to have the free version for smaller companies, I'll be excited to switch to the pro version soon.
Vorteile:
It's easy to phase the onboarding process to give the employee the right information at the right time. Reminders for employees and supervisors make it easy to manage all processes from beginning till the end without having to use external todo list. Onboarded employees give positive feedback 95% of the times.
Nachteile:
There are ways the UI experience can be improved.

Thank you for the feedback. We continue to provide the free version for small organizations, startups, non-profits, and extended piloting. It is fully functional but limited in how many concurrent onboardings you can run.

Nachteile:
It took me a couple of days to understand how to create a learning plan and upload video content. However, the support team was extremely quick to respond and helpful, so there was almost no issue with getting things accomplished.

Review: Boardon as a part of our onboarding process
Kommentare: Easy and "appealing". Really nice and easily accessible support
Vorteile:
Boardon enables us to send information about the workplaces to the new employee before the employment actually has begun. It allows the new eployee to access the information directly in the mobile phone. It gives us the ability to follow up the extent to which the new employee has received the information. Its user friendly.
Nachteile:
It takes a long time for me as the sole administrator to revise documents and upload new files. Otherwise I can not think of anything.

After just one klick, the world of our new company opens up. You don´t need to download an app, you don´t need to login to start exploring facts about your new workplace.
Nachteile:
It has been difficult to get a quick overview of some statistics.

Make your pre-boarding professional for new joiner
Kommentare: It make your company more professional and organized and also for new joiner it will give them an idea about about all the necessary details about company and policies.
Vorteile:
This is very helpful for new joiners as after recruitment they can have access of boardon where they can read about the company, their policy and other details so when he/she will come on first day they already have prior knowledge about where they are going to work with other necessary and important details. This make us more professional and organized.
Nachteile:
Don't have any issue till now but I will be happy if they will update more HR function in it.
