Quickest way to create beautiful high-closing proposals

Kommentare: Fantastic. I've noticed it's increased the speed of generating proposals for clients, and always gives a great professional impression.

Vorteile:

It's so easy to use and super quick to create a proposal without having to worry about making it look good. The tool does it all for you. You just plug in your data, add some pre-formatted sections, and boom you're ready to go. The live link is great and impressive to clients rather than sending a PDF.

Nachteile:

There was one bug that I had that made a proposal of mine not load, but I reached out to support and they fixed it within the hour.

Kommentare: So super easy, it's kinda fun. This actually motivates me as a solopreneur.

Vorteile:

The intuitive interface is simple and allows you to work so quickly, that you feel motivated to find a new prospect to send a proposal to!

Nachteile:

There's only one issue I found, but it's not a Prospero issue, so much as it is a desire of mine. I'm a designer, so there was one are where I wished I could add a title - but it definitely wasn't an issue that would affect the proposal's effectiveness. In fact, the design of the templates is VERY nice.

Good product for the money

It sped up my budgeting workflow 100% on every "off the shelve" budget.

Nachteile:

The platform is very buggy and has limited templating options. Very slow to work if the budget requires tons of costumization.,

Great proposal website with reasonable price

Easy set-up, and quick customer live chat.

Nachteile:

It doesn't have a confidential mode. Confidential mode would be great if they added it. 1. Recipients won’t have the option to forward, copy, print, or download this proposal. When recipients approve the proposal they should have the option to forward, copy, print, or download.

Great investment, amazing service

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to create a document for customers to sign. Also I enjoy that I get notifications when the customer opened and signed the document. It is important for us to know when that is signed

Nachteile:

I would like that I could create a contract using my phone than just a computer. I’m always on the phone and 8/10 times I need to create a contract and only have my phone or ipad. So I have to wait till I arrive to the office to create the contract. I consider the only negative of Prospero.

Proposal generation and management and that's it. A good thing.

Vorteile:

I wanted to have a proposal management system that was without accounting links, and without the option of generating invoices and other stuff. Just straight to the point of making proposals.

Nachteile:

Didn't have anything yet to share. Can only say so far so good.

Having some base templates helped me make my project proposals and agreements look professional

Nachteile:

Creating and customizing specifics to a project is somewhat cumbersome. It would be nice if clients had the ability to download a pdf of the agreement from the web url.

Vorteile:

The ease of use, ability to duplicate and make minor changes to existing proposals, and their template and content library features are on-par or better than the competition. The proposal system is inexpensive, robust, and feature-rich.

Nachteile:

The pricing section could need a few tweaks, but nothing that is a big deal. The system meets our needs.

Essential for any marketing agency

Kommentare: Prospero is an essential tool in our client onboarding process. Visually it very impressive to clients, and it keeps all of our proposals organised and secure. We won't use anything else.

Vorteile:

The flexibility to create our own templates, e-signatures, reliability, price, and functions are all excellent.

Nachteile:

I would like to see prospero expanded to not just proposals but for signing contracts and other agreements. It is awesome and I would like to use it for multiple reasons.

Kommentare: There are many other functions I love about Prospero but overall I love 1. presents so professionally 2. ease of navigation 3. tailoring is easy done 4. saves me time which means I have MORE time to focus on getting to the creative grind!! I don't use Prospero for every project as some are smaller once off gigs so I utilise Prospero for those larger more detailed projects that I REALLY want to work on & I very much believe that it is contributing to my landing of client projects !!

Vorteile:

I LOVE Prospero , ever since using this proposal based site I have been able to showcase my "quotes" in a more detailed, professional & streamlined format. The ease of use is incredible & prior to using Prospero I was writing up all my own individually which was extremely time consuming , yes I know , im so old school! But ever since Prospero came into my life I have been able to save time , the importing function allows me to grab sections from previously created proposals & pop into new proposals - of course every project is different but you do have those particular components that are relevant so this function is amazing! I love how you can download in PDF format to print off I can keep one hard copy for myself & present the other to my client when attending a meeting, so they not only have the online version they also have hard copy for their own files too! The pricing system gives you choice, you can detail the information about each service & if you're shit at math it does the calculations for you :)

Nachteile:

There is nothing negative to state. When I did encounter a small issues with text over lapping , I got in touch with the team via email & they responded very quickly! I sent them a couple of screenshots, they communicated back & forth for a couple of emails & they got the issue sorted! Real people, no robots & extremely efficient ! 10/10

Great tool for proposal organization

Vorteile:

- Very easy to use - Aesthetically pleasing and professional - Digital signatures and the quickbooks integration make it efficient - The ability to migrate sections from other proposals and build them into a new one is amazing.

Nachteile:

There aren't any features that come to mind that would make me feel like there is a con to this software.

Brilliant contract/proposal service for creative folks!

Kommentare: I am a small business and often the clients I work with have their own contracts or proposals. However, sometimes I am required to create a proposal for a smaller client or piece of work. I find this a bit daunting as it's far away from my area of expertise. The customer service I have received has been friendly and speedy.
Prospero offers me an affordable, easy to use, trustworthy service.

Vorteile:

Editing templates rather than writing new proposals is much easier for me. Previewing the proposal as the client would see it is great. Makes proposals look slick and easy to brand for myself if needed. No jargon or confusing language.

Nachteile:

I can't express enough how easy it is to put together a proposal for someone who doesn't really enjoy doing them!

Vorteile:

It's such a time saver when writing proposals. Firstly, the actual inputting of content and formating. Most is automatically done for you. Secondly, the ability to create and save templates is incredibly useful when sending many proposals. Don't have to constantly write new proposals from scratch. Really a superb tool!

Nachteile:

I don't have anything in particular. But I guess it's always nice to have more customization options. There are already plenty of ways to customize. But as a designer you can never have too many toys to play with!

Efficient and Customizable

Vorteile:

Building templates for our proposals makes it incredibly easy to smoothly transition from sales pitch to proposal and invoicing without loosing valuable time in the process. When our clients want to buy, we want to get the ball right back into their court immediately by having a proposal in their hands minutes after we conclude the sales pitch. Prospero allows us to do that efficiently.

Nachteile:

Currently, it only integrates invoices using accounting software, whereas we use Stripe for our payment processing, so there is an added step in our process because of this lack of integration.

A Proposal that always succeeds!

Vorteile:

Apart from how professional the whole proposal looks and easy to set up, it really comes down to its responsive design. As clients most often are too busy to view large proposals from a desktop/laptop and reading it along with accepting the terms of the proposal from a phone makes everyones life a lot simpler! This sets me apart from all the other prospects applying for the job, and I can't thank prospero enough!

Nachteile:

I have been using prospero for a while now! And I haven't come across any faults with this platform. Its perfect the way it is.

I love how easy it is to setup the proposal. They really have good content for different proposals. Lot of customizing options for fonts, layouts, colors. It's very easy to share across the proposal on whatsapp, email etc

Vorteile:

The price for Prospero is perfect. Easy to use. Adds credibility to my business and work. I love that you can see if the client has opened the proposal and that you send updates if they accept or deny the proposal.

Nachteile:

All in all Prospero has been great. I can't think of anything negative.
