Kommentare: Customer service has been incredible. This is true from the initial contact and demo, through the implementation process, and finally to deployment. We were given easy and simple instructions all along the way which has made using DocTract very easy.

Vorteile:

DocTract has been a pleasure to work with. The product really delivers everything that we were promised. It's refreshing to know that we can count on the platform to meet all of our needs.

Nachteile:

No improvements needed. We've used the platform and haven't found anything to improve. The learning curve is small since the platform is very intuitive to use.

Why I'd recommend DocTract to any organized soul...

Kommentare: Honestly, I've never enjoyed working within a system more. Onboarding was foolproof, they walk you through setting up your business step by step. Their team is super helpful and knowledgeable. The system is simple to navigate. 10/10.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is for my team to search for important documents and for me to be able to make changes to them. Also, I LOVE that their system keeps tabs on previous versions, so if we need to revisit how something was done in the past, we can easily locate that information.

Nachteile:

I wish the search tool was the same on the back end as it is on the front end!

Gründe für den Wechsel zu DocTract: Trainual did not have the majority of the features my team needed. There was no customizability.

"Clunky" at first, more than satisfied in the end!

Vorteile:

DocTract is primarily used for the management of our agency policies, procedures, and plans and the workflow templates allow multiple groups within and affiliated with our office to provide collaboration and approval as needed. We also regularly use the training course/test features with specific policies/plans that must be reviewed by all personnel.

Nachteile:

I was not a part of the implementation team for our Agency but am the responsible party for maintaining it now. At first, it seemed very "clunky" having to manually assign multiple users to review, collaborate, and approve documents. The customer success lead and the support team have been super helpful in learning how to navigate through everything though.

Vorteile:

Excellent policy management with straightforward setup and usability. On the user side it is easy for employees to find what they need using keywords or organized labels. On the administrative side the team can collaborate, track revision changes and watch trends in user use.

Nachteile:

You cannot edit the revision number. Some minor edits such as spacing or a font change should have the option to keep the revision number the same.
