Vorteile: Super team-friendly and usable. Most times it is difficult to get my entire team to buy-in to using a new software. The user experience was so great, my teammembers had no problem using the software from day 1 and enjoying it.
And of course the results are the best part: We were able to get a few qualified leads within the first week and it took very little oversight on my end as a hiring manager. If I can continuously get a steady stream of job applicants through this channel at this rate, I won't need to spend any more time managing other job boards.

Nachteile: It's clear the more people on the network the more effective it is, so we need more companies to sign up and raise the user count!
