Kommentare: Working with the iRostrum system is key to the success of Maak and how the team operates. It eliminates the time consumed with processing bids, gives transparency and autonomy to bidders and gives us the vital data we need in order to grow.
Vorteile:
Being able to run an auction from any location with a small team is the key to the success of our business. Bids can be placed by clients from anywhere in the world and our clients feel in control giving them the confidence to bid. Having the transparency of bidding enables us to use the valuable data to grow and build relations.
Nachteile:
There are very few cons but if I had to give one, it would be the search functionality for clients is perhaps not a simple as others

The support we received from Marijke and her team was exceptional, the passion for great customer service and for the product shows through at every turn.
Vorteile:
iRostrum was an absolutely find. We have used auction houses for years and knew that we wanted to do something different, holding our own timed auction is a game changer. iRostrum was such a straight forward platform to learn and host on. What should have been daunting was so straightforward and we were able to start and complete our first auction of 158 pieces within 4 weeks. Brilliant !
Nachteile:
Literally the only thing that I would change or that I struggled with a little was the getting the layout for the invoice right. Positioning my logo and going over to 2 pages threw things out a bit. I would spend more time on it next time.

Excellent softweare for online auctions, adaptability for other languages can be improved

Review of Irostrum for Maak Contemporary Ceramics
Kommentare: I would recomend Irostrum, it has everything i need to use on a daily basis, it's a great way to keep all our auction and client information linked together through out the whole auction process. It's the best auction software I have used.
Vorteile:
Irostrum Is clear and easy to use and I find it very intuitive to navigate round.
Nachteile:
Sometimes the search function doesn't immediately find what i'm looking for, it would be nice if this was a bit smoother at times.

Client, lot, auction, bidding and invoicing details all on one platform and integrated to move seamlessly between them. Easily able to sort and export data.

Client search functionality and search suggestions could be improved
