Kommentare: Es ist wirklich ein super Tool, dass ich jedem nur empfehlen kann

Vorteile:

Es hat wirklich so ziemlich alle Funktionen, die es benötigt. Die Heatmaps sind super und ich habe mehr Daten zusätzlich als z. B. bei Hotjar

Nachteile:

Es ist ein wenig mühsam, sich in die Softwareoberfläche einzuarbeiten. Aber mit ein wenig Übung klappt das auch ganz gut.

For Website Owners, visitor Analytics is the best tool available for tracking visitors.

Kommentare: Using Visitor Analytics was an excellent experience for me. It has made it pretty clear to me how to improve my blog posts.

Vorteile:

Visitor analytics is the best option to monitor my website visits. because it provides me with valuable information about my site's visitors and their habits. As a result, I'll be able to monitor how many visitors read my site's content, what pages they visit most often, and even which sections of my site they spend the most time on. By using visitor analytics, it is possible to acquire a more detailed view of my site visitors' activities. My website can observe how many customers leave without purchasing anything (and why), how long it takes them to purchase anything (and if so, why), and how much money each customer produces for my business.

Nachteile:

To be honest, I was pleasantly delighted to learn that I can use the visitor analytics tool to estimate the monetary value of my webpage. For me, there are no downsides to this feature.

Does not inform you when free plan ends so you get charged for an app you never even used

Vorteile:

I have not used this software because the analytics it shows me seem very off from every other analytic site I use so I do not trust anything it says.

Nachteile:

It comes with the Premium Wix plan and sneakily gets you to think it's free by being free for the first year, then switches to an almost $300 plan that you will have no use for. Then it will delete all the negative reviews that state this so all their reviews (forced reviews) look good for new unsuspecting customers. Very predatory. Any other app or subscription service emails you MULTIPLE times before renewing for a paid plan to avoid this issue so there is no excuse. Then they do not email you back when you ask for a refund. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

Great tool to understand your website in depth

Vorteile:

I really liked the heatmap feature and the dashboard.

Nachteile:

I haven't explored everything, just started using it. Didn’t find anything bad as of now.

fast and easy website tracking

Vorteile:

very fast and real time tracking, easy friendly software. visitor recording is an interesting feature which has helped be know my customers behaviour on the website. will definitely use this software for my other business website too.

Nachteile:

pricing is quite expensive for a small business owner which could be worked on to grab larger audience. software sometimes hangs or lags for me.

Impact of Visitor Analytics

Kommentare: Love how it gives me the information I am looking for when I need it. Generally, in a month's time I need to review data and Traffic Analysis on visitors from at least 30 different countries.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and gives me the information I need in real-time.

Nachteile:

Not as responsive when I log into my Analysis information when I try to view the Daily results from a Computer with a slow Internet Connection, but that is not a problem with the Software.

Good for personal website

Kommentare: Pretty good, no "deal-breaker" complaints.

Vorteile:

The free version of this product has all the basic features I need for my personal website. Since I don't get a huge number of visitors, the "latest visitors" section in the free version, which shows only a few of the most recent visitors, is sufficient to give a rough idea of what pages people are looking at on my site. (The paid version gives an exact breakdown of pages visited over a select time period, which is very useful, but costs money of course.) In general, the interface is simple and it's nice that the free version basically does what I need.

Nachteile:

The subscription is expensive for personal use. Maybe it could be justified for a business, but it includes features that an individual like me doesn't need for their personal webpage. So it would be nice to have different subscription options or the ability to select features at a "per-feature" price. Customer support was quick and responsive, but didn't give super clear answers to my questions.

My Experience with Visitors Analytics

Kommentare: I have no particular problems or complains. I would like to have a better interaction with my Google Ads campaigns.

Vorteile:

I am very satisfied about the accuracy and detail of the information which I get on a daily basis. It is much more accurate than Google Analytics and I can obtain immediate feedback in terms of the impact of my Google Ads campaigns. Since I am an exporter of live animals I must be focused on the results of my marketing efforts. I am now able to determine either the success or failure of my campaigns immediately and I can adjust and modify them very quickly.

Nachteile:

I think the price of the subscription is high compared to other online services which use, like Dropbox and my current Zone Alarm Antivirus and Firewall. The price should be more competitive. I currently have three Visitors Analytics accounts for three different websites, and I do think I deserve a discount in compensation for my loyalty. It never happened!

High quality traffic application

Kommentare: The detailed statistics have helped me to understand my site's visitors, to get to know who and how visits my website,when and from where.
It has also helped me to improve my marketing campaigns by learning from the data so as to build better ones.

Vorteile:

WIth the Visitor Analytics application I can get a complete overview of my website stats, check my website's performance with user behaviour analytics and visitor's interaction features. It is very friendly and easy to use.You don't need to be an IT expert to use it. The best of all is that it can be added to my site;s dashboard and does not appear on my site.

Nachteile:

I can't find any serious drawbacks.Sometimes the application doesn't load at all or it takes some time to load.

A must have tool for you to track your website traffic

Kommentare: It positively impacted my website's final design, understanding what my clients were interested in & where I should improve. Overall, it provided more tools and data than I was thinking, and I was impressed with the results I got after I redesigned my website according to the data I got from Visitor analytics.

Vorteile:

It provides a detailed dashboard with helpful information at a glance, but it also has some products that can go deep in understanding your consumers and help you win the hearts of your visitors.

Nachteile:

I didn't like that some of the tools were somewhat complicated to set up, but they provided detailed info on the setup, so it was easy for me, but some people might want something more straightforward.

I have access to this software with mu subscribing on Wix , for my website, maybe the price of the package is a little too expensive for little enterprise like mine. It will be really cool to have returns and information on the weak points of our strategy to touch more people. With , maybe a special consultant that will gave advices, basics for free. Include it on the offer...

It's a must have

Just knowing that people are visiting your website and seeing that they are looking at pages on it is an encouragement to keep on going, and not give up. When I first started out, I probably would have quit, but knowing that people were interested and looking kept me going. I'm so glad that in installed this app. Give it a try!

Nachteile:

I would like to know where my visits are coming from without having to go to an IP location website.

Nachteile:

There were a lot of changes recently, but overall I liked the old and new version as well. It still works well. Only complaint is that for a small person like myself it might be too expensive.
