The customer service is iffy. You rarely will have your issue fixed same day, if ever. They continue to add features haphazardly while they should fix the issues we currently need fixed.

Getting better, but still a work in progress
Kommentare: some stuff is great, but not really user friendly, but the customer support is great

Clientbook is a great tool to stay connected and generate leads with customers

We love the ability to set reminders to make sure we reach out to clients on important dates.
Nachteile:
It does take time to integrate with our Point of Sale system. But once it is done it is worth the time spent.
