Vorteile:

The feature I like most is, yo can create and share payments links from anywhere using app i just few simple steps. It doesn't take more than 30 second to create a payment link.

Nachteile:

There's nothing about it that I don't like.

Decent Product with the worst customer support

Kommentare: Not the best experience and honestly - I would suggest razorpay to anyone who is trying to opt for payment processing patforms

Customer support is slow Not the best payment options international payments are unavailable or are extremely tricky to find and implement (support is also unclear on this)

Vorteile:

1) Indian websites that want to go digital, this is the best payment gateway for them (yes better than razorpay) 2) It is also nice for agencies like me who manage the clients, it is easier to take care of the logins and everything

Nachteile:

1) Support should be more but overall this is self explanatory and well thought tool

Its implementation as s software in business turned out to be very easy. Anyone can implement and setup for accepting payments for their business. Variety of libraries and a lot of different language support.

Nachteile:

Some features can be improved to add more design and interaction with the customer such as themes or design or something like that.

PAyment gateway service is ok, not good.

Nachteile:

After using more than 2 years, i feel helpless, customer care team is pathetic and they does not have value for customer. Most important they does not have a feedback system of their customer care team.

The best thing about Instamojo is that it is super easy to use and has all the required features for my business. Using Instamojo, I can receive payments from customers with ease, and I don't have to worry about the security of my payment details. It is not only a payment gateway but also a full-fledged point of sale solution which allows you to sell products to your customers quickly and easily. I like that it has support for most Indian banks and also supports UPI.

Nachteile:

What I don't like about it is that its processing fee is very high compared to its other payment gateways.

Kommentare: One Word - Stay Away.Hi guys I'm an entrepreneur and runs a few businesses.Recently we expanded our business to indian customers. we had 3 different business with different GST no.s and websites.1. Software BusinessWe creat softwares for WordPress and applied to instamojo and Razorpay. Razorpay got accepted while Instamojo declines stating their tems and condition doesn't support this business.weird right.... We got to the support team and we got 0 help and several automated replies.2. Education BusinessWe have a few educators and they teach online about software, seo, marketing and many.My another team applied here too....Our application was rejected here too....Reason "We don't support course business"...Now this is education.Meanwhile our team found that several websites that were selling courses and some of them selling themes and plugins which were developed by another company. Totally a steal..And they were supported by Instamojo.... We found course being sold with instamojo.So, we though something is fishy..Lets create a replica of the course website...We got accpeted, and after receiving a few funds. Our account got blocked and the money were freezed... after 1 month we were able to get back the money....So i will suggest you to go for RazorPay, Cashless or Stripe if you are a genuine business and want hasslefree transactions.

Nachteile:

We faced challenge during integration with our dental software, it declined transaction for certain treatment category. The customer representative didn't share the exact reason for issue.

Kommentare: very smooth experience with instamojo we collected lots of payment through eight and our customers were also very satisfied with it. The alerts and ease of use where great.

Vorteile:

Instamojo has great features and functionalities it easily integrates with any website through payment buttons for server load. there are also various modes of payment with our clients really really loves such as UPI debit and credit card, bank transfer, IMPS, RTGS. Also refund payments are settled in a smooth way.

Nachteile:

the customer support need to be improved as there are only available through emails and calls but not live chat, again the settlement charges are typically higher than any other payment gateway.

Create custom payments link and send to customers. Receive WhatsApp notifications for daily balance and weekly sales report.

Nachteile:

Things that I like least about Instamojo are Accepting international payments should be enabled by default.

Not good for small companies

They provide a feature to auto-generate a webpage for my store to sell my stuff. I like that feature much. Their customer support is also good.

Nachteile:

There are many like delay in payments, high charges, no proper SDK for native apps. they have long documentation works.

Worst site to be On!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kommentare: I had a worst experience with this site. There are many bug in their systems and Employees are just giving excuses that this a technical error. They don't have proper knowledge of their own system. They will just ask you to mail from one person to another. This was worst decision I have made to start business. I strongly don't recommend this worst site. Now I can't even remove my data. I am stuck.

Payment was good, Only Few people will talk properly.
