Super easy to use and to book a parking space. Also easy to get another space if somebody stood on your spot. Enjoyable experience!

Booking through Wayleardr

Kommentare: I use Wayleadr to book parking place. I can connect from my professional PC but also from my personal phone. The interface is very clear:
- My car is already registered.
- I just have to select the date and validate : it takes less than 5 minutes to do the booking.
- The status of my request appears immediately in a synthetic table

Vorteile:

The interface is easy to use. With 2 clicks, my reservation is done in less than 5 minutes.

Nachteile:

I use Wayleadr to book parking place. - e-mail reminder to book parking place are not necessary - It is necessary to go back to the system to have confirmation of the approval of the request. It will be easier to receive an e-mail message.

Wayleadr Parking App - game changer

Kommentare: We have found the app fantastic, it's in use every day in our office and we have waitlists for using our carpark on our employee anchor days in the office. The account managers are fantastic and the support team are too - quick and efficient and always on hand to support.

Vorteile:

Reduces admin heavy tasks, helps employees self manage from bookings to access. Increased use of carpark as a result.

Nachteile:

Some teething problems with installing GSM unit for opening gate remotely but this was more an issue with unit supplier rather than Wayleadr

Wayleadr App

Kommentare: Since using Wayleadr, I feel confident with the bookings and the stress of daily request has been waved away

Vorteile:

Being kept up to date with any changes, able to make changes last minute and manage my bookings

Nachteile:

Beside sometimes the gate not opening when needed, the app has worked perfectly.

I love the language that Wayleadr uses in its copy. I like the amount of notifications and being reminded to put my requests in ahead of time. I like the user interface. I like seeing my spot # on the main page. I like the feature of reporting someone in your spot. And so much more!

Honestly, I don't have any cons to report.

Day to Day User

Kommentare: My experience to date has been extremely good, I have had no reason to contact customer support, I have never had issues securing a parking space and I was feel my vehicle is in a safe space.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and flexibility, the application is on my phone and I can have parking confirmed in a matter of minutes.

Parking Management made Seamless and Easy

Kommentare: From the moment I joined the business it was quick to pick up how I book spaces on the days I go into the office. I am a hybrid worker, with flexibility to go into the office, outside of my core days. If I chose to go in ADHOC I can look at availability that morning and get notified if a space has been released for me to use.

Vorteile:

The ability to know what days I have parking and the exact I will be parking in up to 4 weeks in advance.

Nachteile:

I have no issues with Wayleadr. I do not have an operational or support role within the application.

Wayleadr is incredibly easy to use, gives up-to-data availability, and also allows for easy cancellation should you no longer require the spot.

Nachteile:

The only con I can think of is not having the ability to pick your space from those available. This would make it easier (For example) if you were leaving your car overnight to ensure that it is booked into the same spot both days.

Kommentare: It's been brilliant. I have managed to get parking almost all the time

Vorteile:

The App and the website are very easy to navigate, very intuitive. The messaging via mobile phone notification is also very good. The notification that parking is not available is also very quick so I can always make other arrangements in good time.

Nachteile:

No complaints! As long as you book in good time, you are usually guaranteed a space.

Wayleadr - Makes your parking easier

Kommentare: Overall, Wayleadr provides a great solution on the difficulty we have to find a parking spot. It also reduces the stress that comes along with that difficulty, and it saves us valuable time.

Vorteile:

Wayleadr is a great app for requesting and booking a parking spot, the app is user-friendly and very simple, you just select your preference dates and request a space. Moreover, it sends a reminder once a week which is very helpful and it gives you the possibility to release your space if needed, helping a colleague find a place to park as well.

Nachteile:

Even though I am very satisfied with the app I would appreciate it if there was a waiting list in case somebody haven’t found a parking spot and to be notified accordingly when parking spots are available rather than constantly refreshing the app to check for availability
