Vorteile:

Cyberimpact has many useful components. The program has templates to help us achieve professional looking emails while still allowing us to customize them to suit our needs. The program does an excellent job of tracking statistics which allows us to monitor the effectiveness of our email campaigns.

Nachteile:

The program takes some time to learn as with anything of value. In this respect the chat service offered has been extremely helpful.

Nachteile:

The feature I liked least about Cyberimpact is the lack of a more straightforward bulk unsubscribe option. While it's great at managing individual subscriptions and ensuring compliance, the process for bulk unsubscribing people could be more efficient. Having a more seamless way to handle large-scale unsubscribes would save time and make the platform even more user-friendly

More documentation and better translation please.

Kommentare: It's been "ok". I'm currently trying to authenticate our domain which appears to be very little documentation on this. Wish there was a helpful video.

Lack of documentation. Translation to English doesn't work well.

Cyberimpact: Handy as a Canadian company, but not the best email software out there

Kommentare: Overall, Cyberimpact isn't my favourite email newsletter tool, but it gets the job done. I think there are more sophisticated options out there if you aren't restricted by data storage compliance.

Vorteile:

Cyberimpact is good if you're looking for a Canadian email newsletter software. Their support team is quite helpful and responsive. It's my understanding that they will actually take feedback and suggestions and consider implementing them, which is reassuring and beneficial. It's not just a "thanks for the feedback"; they actually seem to consider it for the betterment of their consumer experience. Cyberimpact also allows you to set up teams under an admin account, which is helpful in our organization. We have a few units who run their own newsletters but they are not communicators, so it's nice to have the opportunity to build out templates for them and let them populate them. I also appreciate Cyberimpact's payment structure. It's flexible depending on the number of contacts (more contacts = higher price). We cut our list down in the summer, so we get some cost savings by doing so.

Nachteile:

I find Cyberimpact extremely finicky and annoying to use in terms of building out emails. The drag and drop content blocks can be cumbersome if you have long sections. I wish there was a better way to edit content and copy; it feels more monotonous than it needs to be. I also wish you could save a complete draft, email, subject line, preview, the whole shebang. Currently you can only save the email body, and then the subject/preview are added once it's about to be sent. The whole process of building out and sending our bi-weekly newsletters feel like it takes longer than it needs to because of the editing features.

Best emailing marketing platform

The process to downgrade back to a free plan isn’t very straight forward, almost “hidden”.

Top Quality Canadian E-Mail Service Provider

Kommentare: It's a high quality tool that keeps us legally compliant while doing an amazing job.

It keeps our client data and our contact information in Canada! It's a superior product to other mail service providers.

Nachteile:

I do miss the fun, jovial graphics and comments from the monkey in Mailchimp - but that's about it

Excellent logiciel

Vorteile:

Prise en main très facile, avec très peu de formation tous les membres de l'équipe sont capables de l'utiliser. Le soutien technique est hors pair, ils répondent rapidement dans le chat, ils ont des personnes très compétente et si besoin des ressources pour poser les questions plus poussée. Service en français impeccable. Le produit évolue avec le temps. La gestion des consentements est très transparente et facile à faire pour les destinataires aussi.

Nachteile:

Rien que je n’apprécie pas, mais une suggestion d'amélioration : avoir un visuel pour les statistiques de plusieurs envois (que l'on pourrait cocher par exemple ou rechercher par mot clé), comme cela est disponible pour chaque envoi. (Note il est possible de télécharger un Excel de toutes les statistiques de tous les envois très facilement, et on peut trier dans le Excel, donc ça se fait bien aussi, ça serait juste plus facile ;) ).

Kommentare: En tant qu'entreprise, nous sommes très satisfait du service que Cyberimpact nous offre. L'équipe est rapide pour répondre à nos enjeux et offrent des solutions pertinentes.

Vorteile:

Fonctionnalité incluse des statistiques. User friendly. Service à la clientèle rapide et courtois.

Nachteile:

C'est peut-être trop précis, mais lorsque j'efface un bloc de contenu, cela s'efface également dans les infolettres que j'ai envoyées. Le lien se casse.

Kommentare: Je travaille dans une entreprise de marketing, nous utilisons leur produits dans nos campagnes d'envoies courriels de nos clients.

Vorteile:

L'interface est simple et conviviale La plus grande force de l'entreprise est son service à la clientèle Délais du service rapide et personnalisé (on ne se sent pas brusqué, n'y comme un numéro)

Nachteile:

C'est pas un aspect, mais je trouve dommage que l'entreprise ne soit reconnu davantage.

Une cliente fidèle et extrêmement satisfaite

Kommentare: Fluide, simple, le meilleur selon moi! Utilisation très intuitive et l'utilisateur est rassuré car il peut contacter le soutien technique à tout moment avec des réponses précises, faciles à comprendre et rapides.

Vorteile:

Le service de soutien en direct c'est formidable, les personnes sont très compétentes!! Réponses rapides et clairs. Service très agréable. Les gabarits, les micro sondage, enfin toutes les fonctionnalités sont hyper interessantes et facile d'utilisation.

Nachteile:

rien à dire tout est parfait ! Je ne vois aucun inconvénient

Cyberimpact est éfficace pour nous au Canada, surtout du point de vue de la réglementation Canadienne. Ayant peu d'expérience avec ce type de logiciel le support nous a beaucoup aidé.

Nachteile:

Nos données de courriels n'étaient pas struturées donc nous avons du tout rentré manuellement

Modification février

Kommentare: Je n'arrive pas à effectuer les modifications en vigueur depuis février 2024 (CNAME). Le soutien technique ne m'a été d'aucune aide, bien que la réponse fut très rapide. Je songe à fermer (malheureusement!) mon compte Cyberimpact, un outil que j'utilise chaque jour. Un de mes groupes comptent plus de 7000 courriels.

Vorteile:

La facilité d'utilisation... jusqu'à février 2024.

Nachteile:

La complexité des modifications qui doivent être effectuées depuis février 2024, et une réponse de type copier-coller du soutien technique.

Excellent produit et bonne équipe de support à la mise en place

Kommentare: Très bel outil et l'équipe de support est flexible et agile. Nous avons bénéficié d'un excellent support pour mettre en place et bien comprendre le fonctionnement de la plateforme.

Vorteile:

- Adaptabilité de la forme du message à toutes les plateformes possibles de celui qui reçoit le message pour permettre une uniformité de résultat. Et ça fonctionne très bien. - Aisance du déploiement -Les données sont ébergées au Canada et la plateforme respecte toutes les lois et règlements canadiens quant à la communication de masse, la confidentialité et la sécurité des données.

Nachteile:

L'outil est impeccable mais l'offre de visoconférence offerte en suuplément ne s'applique pas à ma situation.

Great tool from Quebec!

Kommentare: Fast, easy to setup and then to use to send our campaigns. The support team is there to help us whenever we need.

Vorteile:

It's easy to use. We have a lot of options available for design and there are other tools that we will use in the futur like automated marketing. + it's a local business!

Nachteile:

I already used another system so I had to learn how to use this one but it was pretty easy and fast.

Cyberimpact : La clé pour réussir ses campagnes emails !

Kommentare: Nous connaissons une excellente expérience avec Cyberimpact. L'équipe est toujours en place pour répondre à nos questions. En fait, il est bon de préciser qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une aide offerte par une IA ! Si nous nous adressons durant les heures de fermeture, un message nous indique à quel moment nous recevrons une réponse. Tel que mentionné, il existe plusieurs façons de mener des campagnes de marketing par emails, mais nous ne les avons pas encore exploitées à fond. Des cours ou formations seraient bienvenues. Ceci dit, pour le moment, le but de nos campagnes de marketing consiste à augmenter notre banque de clients, et comme il est très simple de personnaliser les infolettres envoyées à nos client.es, nous demeurons fidèles à l'image de notre marque. De plus, il est simple d'intégrer des boutons et des liens pouvant diriger nos clients là où nous souhaitons, et c'est un énorme avantage qu'offre Cyberimpact !

Vorteile:

J'apprécie que Cyberimpact soit simple d'utilisation ! En cas de question, il est possible de s'adresser à un membre de leur équipe par la bulle chat ! Le service à la clientèle offert par Cyberimpact est excellent et dépasse toujours mes attentes ! Il nous est possible de créer des modèles d'infolettres très personnalisées et à l'image de notre marque ! Tout est très personnalisable ! Aussi, il est simple de consulter les statistiques pour étudier si les infolettres ont été bien reçues par nos clients... Il est possible d'étudier le nombre de clics ce qui nous permet de changer notre campagne emails pour aller chercher l'intérêt de nos clients et donc générer plus de clics. Aussi, il est simple de gérer la liste des clients et la formation de nouveaux groupes à partir de la lecture de ces statistiques.

Nachteile:

Je trouve le prix un peu élevé depuis la dernière augmentation. Cependant, nous évaluons que le prix demeure compétitif. Et compte tenu de l'excellent service à la clientèle reçu, cela est donc acceptable. Nous aurions aimé recevoir davantage d'instructions ou un guide pour aider à apprendre davantage de fonctionnalités sur l'infolettre et la création de campagnes publicitaires. Cependant, il y a parfois des offres de formation donnée par Cyberimpact... alors, il serait peut-être intéressant de multiplier cette formule d'offres de cours pour se perfectionner et en apprendre davantage sur les services et les autres fonctionnalités offerts par Cyberimpact.

Cyberimpact - un incontournable !

Vorteile:

Navigation intuitive dans Cyberimpact. Beaucoup de fonctionnalités efficaces. L'Équipe est aussi très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous conseiller. La section aide est aussi très complète. Produit en constante évolution pour répondre aux besoins changeants.

Nachteile:

La barre de recherche pourrait être un peu plus performante.

Good capabilities for the price

Vorteile:

The ease of use. I am not much of a techy but am able to use Cyberimpact with little trouble.

Nachteile:

That I can't set a standard font and font colour to use on all my mailings, I have to manually change it all the time, if I change links in a block to a certain colour, then add a new link - it does not automatically change to the colour of the rest of the links. I sometimes wish there were some more block options.

CyberImpact - pretty good, but not as intuitive as other softwares

I find it pretty easy to use and manage contact lists

Nachteile:

It's not as intuitive as other softwares. It should be easier to move things around within templates, customize templates to look more on-brand and unique, the clicking and dragging is questionable (often loses what you're dragging), and creating buttons should be easier.

Easy to use, feature rich, CASL-compliant

Kommentare: Excellent. Everything from importing contacts, creating mailings, customizations and their support have been fantastic. They're support has been the best I've dealt with, willing to help with every facet of their platform, including integrations.

Vorteile:

The attention to the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and helping users maintain compliance is extremely helpful compared to other systems. CyberImpact monitors their subscription date and tracks consent expiration and provides several ways to obtain express consent before then.

Nachteile:

Initially when we compared our previous services CyberImpact's cost was much higher. Later when compared to other recognized leaders in the segment, and as our subscriber base grew, it actually became a decent value. The auto-save feature is nice, but often after saving and reviewing a mailing you're prompted to load from the auto-save instead.. which is sometimes confusing as whether you're actually using the most recent draft.

Cyberimpact Review

Vorteile:

I love that Cyberimpact is a Canadian company, and partnered with the CFIB (Canadian Federation of Independent Business). They understand and have implemented strict compliance policies for the Canadian anti-spam Act which you don't get through most of the better known email marketing services. The platform is easy to use and has great reporting and statistics for your mailings. I use Cyberimpact to send out our monthly newsletter and birthday discount coupons, which are fairly basic templates, but there are many features that could take my mailings to another level if I wanted.

Nachteile:

I haven't had any negative experiences with Cyberimpact
