But many of them offer only a couple types of tests, or force you into a type of workflow. We chose Userlytics because it most closely resembles the "big boys" in terms of feature set (in fact, I get more types of quant tests than I did with UserZoom) for a much smaller price tag. I also like that tasks can go un-recorded for participants' privacy. This was a near-essential feature for getting the tool approved. > > **Nachteile**: We're still pretty new on the platform, but I haven't had a lot to complain about.
