Best ATS I've used so far
Kommentare: Making the switch from our old system to Manatal has been super easy. Having all the information about our clients and applicants in one place makes it easier. Overall, Manatal is a great tool that will help you improve your hiring process. It's a complete tool that's also cost-efficient which is pretty hard to find when looking at alternatives.
Vorteile:
Robust tools for migrating data to the system. Easy to use and implement. Very concise training for me and the team that really helped. Lots of tools like candidate scoring and social media features make screening much more efficient.
Nachteile:
The career page is super easy to use but we would like to have more flexibility in the design apart from the 3 templates offered in the system.

Kommentare: Very positive overall. Their first plan is perfect for small to medium companies to get started with an ATS. It's very complete as it includes tools that cover the whole recruitment lifecycle and at $15 per month it's hard to find any ATS that provides more value.
Vorteile:
The interface is clean and easy to navigate. It offers all the tools needed to recruit and manage a candidate database in a structured way. Create your career page in less than 10 minutes with no technical knowledge. The support team is very helpful and responsive. Overall offers a great value.
Nachteile:
Minor complaints regarding some customizations options that could be more intuitive in my opinion and I also faced one or two bugs. That being said the support team is very responsive and they fix issues very rapidly.

many features do not eork
Vorteile:
The platform is easy to understand, and i like how andiates are bunched together under a job and how you can easily mov them from one category to the next by dragging them.
Nachteile:
many features do not work smoothly. 1. notifications of actions taken by admins are unreliable and are not always recorded. so we cannot see the work and steps taken by other administrators. 2. i also do not like the inbox system which does not take you from your inbox to the candidate profile. instead you have to search your candidate separately by name to get to their profile. also when you reply to an email you cannot reply directly to specific message and you are never sure what the reply button on top is replying to in a chain of emails. for a while we had multiple recurring issues with resumes not being imported from Indeed, and we had to import each manually. the company worked to fix it (although the issue returned several times) when the resumes do import into manatal, some resumes are not showing under the resume tab even when all details were found in the summary. another issue is that our questions to candidates on Indeed do not get imported at all nd we need to manually copy and paste them as notes. altogether it's not stable platform and we are disappointed so far.

Hands down the best ATS you can get
Kommentare: Where do I start? The price is insanely good and the ATS has been very good for us. Definitely best value for money. There's a lot that can be done with this software. We're especially happy with the vendor portal feature.
Vorteile:
The vendor portal is a very nice concept. We work closely with our clients and it's good to be able to keep them in the loop without much effort. The platform itself provides a nice looking UI that trumps any presentation we could make (And it's much faster and more convenient). The recommendations are solid, I actually trust this AI with the job.
Nachteile:
You can only upload a maximum of 1000 resumes at a time. This is inconvenient as we sometimes have multiple recruitment campaigns going on at the same time.There's always the possibility of needing to upload more than that

That's amazing to hear, Abhishake! We're stoked to hear that you enjoy using our software! It's our goal to provide the best set of tools to recruiters while keeping a reasonable price. That's correct resume imports are limited to 1,000 resumes at a time, but you can launch multiple mass imports at the same time and keep working as usual. The system will let you know when these imports are complete.
A recruitment agency’s long-term friend
Kommentare: It's great that they're constantly improving it and making the software better. They've added mass emailing a few months back, more job board integrations last month and this month an integration with the candidate assessment software we are using.
Vorteile:
An easy-to-use and powerful applicant tracking system that covers the complete recruiting process from beginning to end with a clean user interface and solid support. Gmail and Google Calendar integrations to track candidate emails and activity logs. Solid CRM tools to manage leads and clients.
Nachteile:
The possibility is not here yet to have the career page in other languages than English or Spanish. We would like to have Mandarin and Cantonese.
