Kommentare: I use springbot at my day job, recently brought on one of my clients, and will be bringing on a third soon, While early on we had a minor glitch with some of our systems conflicting, they resolved it and have been an integral part of our marketing team from that moment on. If you are looking for a suite of marketing tools that help you save time and make you look REALLY good to your company... ;) Go here NOW :D

Vorteile:

From their "on top of it" customer support and account management, solid tools and services, and most of all truly impressive results, I would not suggest anyone else for Email, Automation, Facebook and Ad services.

Nachteile:

There has not been a single issue that hasn't been resolved quickly and expertly. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this company!

Great Possibilities but not there yet

Kommentare: Springbot has potential but has missed a lot of marks when making drastic changes. Their software could be good, but is not yet there!

Vorteile:

Integration to Adroll Social Integration Quick API to live our live data

Nachteile:

The email editor has too many bugs after their new release Support is slow to almost non-existant Reporting is based upon website revenue, not actual email revenue. The configuration between Magento and Springbot does not tie correctly (1.9 so that may be the problem) Once switching to a different platform, our emails actually made it into mailboxes. It is like their IP address ranges are being blocked and they state they are not. Once switching from their software to a cheaper competitor our revenue increased for our Giftshop not just by paying less, but by inbound email marketing sales. Their segmentation does not make logical sense to marketers. Reporting is not quality.

Kommentare: DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They still have refused to refund us for services they never rendered. It's a scam. They mean well, or do they .... They sell you on customer service. What they mean is aggressive sales tactics and no follow through. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY

Honestly, there is nothing you can't find with one of their competitors. All of their promises are BS.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY Springbot is the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with in a very long time. On every level this company was inept. It took them months to onboard us because the sales rep had zero understanding of their tech and her ego was too big to connect me to their product department. When she finally did, the problem was solved in less than 5 mins. 6 weeks of her not listening to me and that's all it took. After which, it's been nearly 2 months and they still haven't imported our existing list of contacts ..... The biggest failure of this company is their email designers. In 3 months we were not able to get out a single email through their service. Either because of account problems like not importing our contacts or because they don't follow any instructions. Our first email we sent a detailed description of what needed to be included. They didn't follow a single line. They designed an email that was beautiful but has all the wrong links, none of the copy we wrote, and followed zero of our brand strategy. FAIL. The one next one they couldn't get ready on time. The third and final, was a newsletter and they literally copied the text into a blank white email and put my logo on it and called it finished. It didn't have any of our brands colors. Instead it had non branded colors, broken images and guess what... they still hadn't imported our contacts so it wouldn't have mattered.

Good for Starters

Vorteile:

Springbot was a big help at the beginning of our business. They showed us the ropes and taught us some good things. They were great!

Nachteile:

Seemed like everything new just cost more money. If you wanted to access a new feature or anything just more money.

Horrible Customer Service and Inept integration team

Kommentare: Springbot promises the world and delivers only part of it. I think that is probably standard for most companies. My major issue is the sales call was fabulous and we decided to make a major change because we are on a Magento 2 platform and the ease their integration tool provided was/is truly great. However their integration team is rude, lacking, and unable to deliver. I was promised a seamless transition and instead it took weeks and weeks for me to finally realize what they were telling me was incorrect. I personally lost 20-30 hours of work time doing the wrong table alterations in Magento. I am in the process of fixing the issues so that this CRM lite tool can do what we wanted it to do. I am debating staying with this company as the experience was quite honestly frightful. We have lost out on hundreds of thousands of communications because of this. I am afraid of the loss of profit we have received and honestly I would fire me if I was the CEO as I basically force stopped all outbound email communications during this process.

Vorteile:

They do have an integration plugin for Magento that works as intended.

Nachteile:

No respect for its customers. Lack of understanding of their own product by the integration team. Promises that were never delivered on.
