Juli 2019* | Medizinische Praxis | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: - intuitive - ability to create favorites in pathology requests without limit - spelling check is automatic (I don't feel like an idiot any more sending letters with spelling mistakes) - short cuts can be created for registrars and made compulsory for certain presentations to make sure they don't miss anything and there is no limit to it - ability to access it from anywhere and any time - several people can have same file open at the same time and work on it - drafts for anything can be saved - allows to make your Practice to stand out in creating your own way of dealing with chronic conditions and allows immediate change if guidelines changed > > **Nachteile**: - it is not "polished" or "gift-wrapped' for consumer ( but you save money on that) and you have to do it yourself: selecting attachments in letters for off label use (Medication list) instead of having function of printing out what you need.
