Kommentare: Our organization have had a substantial growth with the use of Viber as our messaging app, it has saved us time and money getting information out to our team members and our community, it has brought us more closer to our customers and helped maintain and improved our product and services without incurring money on advertisement and gaining more customers.

Vorteile:

Viber has offered us a seemless service in areas of communication through chatting, video calling and sharing documents and details to our teams, communities and partners and has helped us create a good relationship with everyone and knowing their demands has thereby helped our organization grow in a substantial way, it's ease of use and navigation, remote access and safe environment where communication security is assured.

Nachteile:

Over the last year, Viber has maintained its integrity to give its customers the best of communication experience so far, every needed functions for communicating is embedded and nothing to dislike yet .

Kommentare: For the many years of experience viber, I am really happy with the service. Viber is very good for any type of communication like text messaging, audio call and video ccalling. For friends and Family communication viber is very important and helpful apps.

Vorteile:

Its provide easy, fast and free way for people all around the world to get in touch.

Nachteile:

I am not to much happy with the video call quality of viber. Although it is really extremely good for text messaging.

Customer service

Kommentare: Using the App was great. However, the fact that a recent update suddenly locked me out of my account and effectively required me to re-register has created major problems; I can no longer access my chats and contacts even though they are backed up on icloud. Not only is there no alternative way for me to access my account, (the sim card on which I registered the account is no longer active) customer service is very poor. There is no way to talk to anyone on the phone and the staff answering the emails do not seem to listen to the specific problem and to actually provide assistance or a work-around. In short, the app works well as long as you don't get locked out or need support from customer service.

Vorteile:

The app is very easy to use and functions well.

Nachteile:

The App updated and locked me out of my account, effectively cutting me off from my chat history.

Viber : My Favourite Messaging App

Vorteile:

Viber is I ever use daily for my personal and for my work. It is very easy to use and can communicate with others friends or clients all over the world with text or video, audio call. The video and audio call quality is very good. In my work environment, We have created the own sticker to make a fun in our viber group chat. Because of using end to end encryption, we don't need to worry about our conversation. Some additional features I like is : - Viber caller ID ( it shows me caller id when anonymous or spam call) - My Notes (we can take a note easily ) - Hidden chat (If you don't want to see chat , U can hidden chat) - Translate features (easily translate with one touch)

Nachteile:

No other least about viber. But, when we have called by someone in our contacts or not, pop up ads are a little annoyed me.

Kommentare: In my experience I found Viber to be a trustworthy messaging app. The fact that it offers messaging, voice and video calls is fantastic. Additionally I liked the variety of stickers and emojis they provide which made it easy for me to express myself.

Vorteile:

What I really enjoyed about Viber was the option to send messages for free and the excellent quality of voice and video calls

Nachteile:

One thing that bothered me about Viber was the delay during video calls and the need, for a premium subscription to access some features. Moreover the interface could get a little crowded at times making it less user friendly.Also The app is not developing compared to other applications

Kommentare: The fact that Viber has saved our organization a lot of fund that would have been used on marketing and communicating our staffs and customers makes it worthwhile, easy messaging, video calling, sending all kinds of documents, and having been able to compare the data derive from other organizations to know customers wants makes viber a pleasing environment more than just a messaging app

Vorteile:

First of, the interface is user friendly and with it's very capable end to end encryption which guaranteed a secured data both stored and transmitted makes this a topnotch, the video , messaging and even sending doc function comes with ease and it all works well in areas without strong internet connection.

Nachteile:

We've once had issues updating and transferring of documents to another new devices but this was eventually solved by our engineer even though it delayed some important business of the day, but it happens just once and we eventually find a way around it

what i like in viber the most it is encrypted you cant use it into multiple device so all the data or conversation that you have there is safe

His appearance is very restricted, it seems that sometimes he doesn't want to grow. But it would be good if they improved this subscription situation, it has complicated communication a little, creating interference and making our services difficult.

The most I like about Viber was secured for messaging. I used to use Viber in every day to chat with groups and send files and messaging. It was easy to use and fast for messaging. So, I always choose Viber for messaging.

Nachteile:

I like most of feature about Viber but nothing is perfect right. So the least I list about Viber is explore feature that one is no need for me I think.

It is free software that can be used on all platforms. The similar application is much easier to use for work-related matters because phone number is more personal. Video conferencing is organized very easily. Its end-to-end encryption feature is very secure.

Nachteile:

The popularity of its use has decreased in countries outside the USA. Sometimes there are problems with search and viewing quality. It would be more beneficial to increase the number of people in video chat.
