Kommentare: What I like most about Qooper's mentoring software is how straight forward it is. It has all the functions you need. Nothing more, nothing less. Especially for mentors and mentees, the software is very user friendly. Next to that, it is easily manageable as an administrator as well. All the questions that might arise during the usage of the software can be easily answered by the many instruction video's Qooper offers, which saves you a lot of time. Last but not least, Qooper's customer support is excellent. I liked the fact that before having a demo, you could already explain your need and wants, which were dealt with in the demo. This personal approach was much appreciated by me and my colleagues. I look forward to starting our mentoring program and collecting our first results in the coming months!

Productive Application Software Mentoring Mentees

Kommentare: Shifting from the original platform and software with PCV to Qooper has been different in relating to clients who have yet to get used to being able to work with mentor advisors. Making sure the Google Meeting resource works in the login area.

Vorteile:

Qooper is a newer platform with a similar format as the former platform of Pacific Community Ventures. The design is different, but the quality of use remains present. What I like most is the ability for clients and potential clients to reply and set up functional meetings relating to important concerns and accomplishments.

Nachteile:

Making sure tech services are in solid working and functional conditions to promote actions Qooper demonstrates in technology and resourcefulness.

It's Been a Great Ride!

Kommentare: It's been great. I love how I can schedule meetings directly from Qooper because my outlook calendar syncs perfectly.

Vorteile:

I like the accessibility and how easy it is to navigate.

Nachteile:

I don't like that I can't see who sent me a chat. I have to check each advisor to see who sent me a chat.

Qooper Mentor Program Review

Vorteile:

Qooper has been easy to use and follow. The UI is clear and the tabs to use are clearly laid out. It was nice that some of the profile was prefilled from Workday, and it is also extremely helpful that Qooper can be linked to Outlook in order to keep track of all the emails. It is also cool to see that Qooper can provide recommended matches with mentors.

Nachteile:

It would be nice to see the other meetings on the Outlook calendar in Qooper as well in order to keep track of all meetings.

Qooper Mentoring

Kommentare: Positive! I have no major complaints of the website.

Vorteile:

Qooper has a modern design and allows for good workflow between users.

Nachteile:

Some of the navigation could use work- i.e. seeing availability or schedules of others when attempting to schedule a meeting, adding a poll, etc.

Let's Qooper together

Kommentare: It has been a fantastic way to sharpen my mentoring skills and help my mentees sharpen their leadership and human skills too.

Great Mentoring resources all in one place. A way to connect with my mentees and algin on grow and development

Nachteile:

Not everyone is ready for another online tool. Hard to get some folks to use it.

An AI mentoring platform that is a step above the competition

Kommentare: Aside from the platform itself (which is exceptional), working with Qooper has been one of the best HR/OD - Platform partnerships I've ever had. Our CSM Ipek has been an exceptional resource from early conversations, through configuration and deployment. She has also been an exceptional resource in terms of responding to queries, offering advice and guidance and keeping in touch in relation to new features and developments. It has been an absolute please to work with her over this past year.

Vorteile:

The AI matching feature was a big seller. Although we were going to be starting small, we knew from the outset we wanted the ability to offer mentoring opportunities to our global team, having a system which lifted this 'burden' when managing any mentoring program with many users was critical. It's proven to be the right choice for us in terms of its ease of deployment, applications of use, ease of customisation and deployment.

Nachteile:

There are probably some additional admin features I would love to see now that we've been using the platform for a while, however, our CSM has been extremely open to our feedback and suggestions.

The initial conversations were focused on listening to and understanding our specific needs and objectives before tailoring a demo and proposal that addressed those directly - with advice on how we could grow and develop our mentoring with Qooper, not just providing a general demo/overview and a pushy sales pitch- The AI matching functionality (in addition to the platform itself, which was way ahead of the competition in terms of its UX and adaptability)- Cost (we demoed another platform with hardly any of the same features, had a poor/dated interface and received a proposal x2 the cost of Qooper).

Qooper Gets it Done!

Vorteile:

I used Qooper as a mentee in our mentorship program. I enjoyed following the guided program that walked us through the steps and gave suggested areas of focus for each meeting.

Nachteile:

Our calendar integration didn't work which made it difficult to track meetings in the system.

Fantastic Mentoring

Vorteile:

I appreciated the ease of use in the Qooper Platform. It was quite simple to manage mentees, and set meetings and goals.

Nachteile:

It was occasionally difficult to reach mentees through the platform.

Useful Tool

Kommentare: I would say my overall experience is positive. I liked this platform for building relationships.

Vorteile:

I like the progress tracker for earning a certificate in mentorship. I am a goal-oriented person, and having something to work towards was helpful for me.

Nachteile:

It's not utilized by others as much as I do. I had to be very assertive in building relationships.

Mentoring Upgrade

Vorteile:

We love the ability to assist our members in their mentoring journey. We provide content and have the ability to report out the impact. I appreciate most the customer service that we have with Ipek who makes everything easier.

Nachteile:

I don't have anything to complain about with Qooper. Our experience has been completely positive.

Qooper for educators

Kommentare: Overall, I like having two methods of communicating with the mentee. The training videos were an added layer of support to help both the mentor and mentee be successful.

Vorteile:

I like being able to easily live chat with my mentee. Also, the zoom feature provided another means of effective communication.

Nachteile:

I had trouble opening the zoom feature after canceling a meeting then rescheduling it. The system would not allow me or mentee to start our meeting using the link provided.

A good recorder of programs

Kommentare: It's fine to check and arrange activities in qooper, and it's a good recorder of program.

Vorteile:

Arrange meeting easily and available in both teams and zoom.

Nachteile:

It's hard to check all the activities in My Calendar session, and can not change the range from the one week to one month.

Excellent Platform For Mentorship

Kommentare: I like Qooper for my mentorship experience.

Vorteile:

The mentorship matching process was easy and smooth. The training library and question examples are great to use. It creates good structure for the mentoring relationship.

Nachteile:

I like the platform overall. Not much I can think of for here.

Mentor supporting servant leadership.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, KPI, goal setting and calendar functions.

Nachteile:

Haven't used as a mentor before and hopeful it is a helpful resource.

My Mentorship Experience with Qooper

Kommentare: My experience with Qooper has been excellent. The platform is user-friendly, and the automated matching paired me with a great mentor. Communication tools and progress tracking are very helpful. The resource library is extensive, though more interactive elements would be a nice addition.

Vorteile:

I really appreciate its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate

Nachteile:

Having more interactive elements in the resource library, like quizzes or discussion forums, would be nice.
