Kommentare: I can mark my professional calendar with BC (Before Concert) and AC (After Concert). Their platform has given me back hours of time each week, and eliminated what used to be an immensely tedious and manual commission process. While my prior process was functional, it could in no way scale with a growing business. From a data management perspective, Concert freed me of the need to track incentive comp across multiple excel spreadsheets. Gone are the days of emailing various departments with data sets in different formats. I simply instruct my colleagues to go the the unified source on the Concert platform. With everyone speaking the same sales comp language, our annual audits are now so much simpler. Last but not least, Concert has helped solidify the trust between the finance and sales teams. Accurate data + accurate payouts + easy to trace audit trail = 1 Satisfied customer.

Vorteile: Concert offers a simple and pure user experience for anyone wrestling with incentive compensation setup and administration. The platform is ultra flexible and literally plug and play by mapping to the relevant data points from your CRM of choice. There is no time, and more importantly no money wasted on lengthy implementation. The Concert team are true professionals with years of experience managing incentive compensation plans. Their platform has been built from the ground up to balance the needs of the finance/revenue operations user, and those of the sales organization.

Nachteile: Concert is a relatively new company and platform. As with any business, there are growing pains, and as a user/administrator I've seen the platform undergo a few rounds of changes. That being said, ALL of the changes have been for the better and as a direct result from the feedback myself and other customers have provided. Their product team listens to our concerns and continuously improves the experience. Most critically for my org, the vast majority of platform updates are "behind the scenes" and are basically seamless for the sales teams.
