On a pu le “détourner” un peu de son usage initial pour en faire un vrai outil de gestion de produits, et ça fonctionne très bien. Gouti correspondait beaucoup mieux à nos attentes que d’autres logiciels pourtant plus connus. De plus, nos processus sont très complexes et d’autant plus complexe à intégrer pour les nouveaux arrivants. Gouti constitue à la fois un support de formation pour les nouveaux arrivants car nous pouvons y intégrer nos processus grâce au module "partage de connaissances". J’aime aussi le fait qu’on puisse créer des modèles de projet, ça fait gagner beaucoup de temps. Enfin, les ressources mises à disposition sont un vrai plus comme les rendez-vous Gouti, la newsletter, la chaîne YouTube… c’est top d’avoir autant d’accompagnement. Les avis utilisateurs sont vraiment considérés pour construire l'évolution de Gouti. Autres plus : possibilité d'ajouter des modules additionnels qui répondent à des besoins personnalisés mais aussi des champs sur mesure \!
