The software for organizing a conference room is just awesome. Scheduled meetings are automatically emailed to all my coworkers so they may join. The interactive floor layouts are also a highlight for me. It's so simple to find a place to have a conference. I mostly use Conference Hall Monitoring and Visitors Administration, and I'm quite impressed with just how easy it is to navigate. It was easy for me to put it into action.
Nachteile:
They should improve language capabilities and preferences. A more user-friendly consumer website would have made it simpler for clients to grasp the item's characteristics and learn more thoroughly.

It's easy to implement for a teamwork, it ensures a great planification, really easy to use and it has a lot of features to organize the teams based on availability, experience, etc. Overall, a great tool.
Nachteile:
Expensive to extract data, and not too user friendly at first
