Kommentare: The help website is minimally helpful. Many dead end links and information presented in a roundabout fashion. If you would rather find your answers online, this is not the product for you. ALSO, when calling tech support, do not tell them your problem until they redirect you to a Business VoiceEdge specialist. The regular support staff cannot help you.

Vorteile: I like the Be Anywhere feature once it is set up right. You will likely need tech support's help for this. I also like the auto attendant, which was the main reason we upgraded. After hours, our calls are screened, which has been a real time saver.

Nachteile: This was sold to us as user friendly. Far from it! Getting it set up was a nightmare, from the actual hardware required to the functioning of the portals. The team of four people who came to set it up initially did it wrong, so we spent hours with tech support trying to rectify that. As far as the portal and app are concerned, it seems that nothing is straightforward on our end. It definitely takes much more training than you would expect. Be prepared to spend time on the phone with tech support.

Kommentare: In a time of tech advancement, it is disappointing to find a system that is not intuitive. Functionality is poor. Data is lost consistently - software crashes occur on a daily basis. There seems to be no desire from the tech support to upgrade or make the necessary improvements.

Vorteile: Customized to the Christian Retail Industry. Connect to our vendors and has much of the industry's inventory built into the system which can reduce startup time.

Nachteile: Old - out of date - very poor service. Typically takes 24 hours to receive tech support. The issues are enourmous. We have lost sales on several occasions as a result of this out dated software.
