Einfache Funktionen gehen nicht in den Basis-Tarifen

Kommentare: Dass ich solche scheinbar einfachen Elemente, wie eine Überschrift oder einen Button nur durch Zahlung eines hohen monatlichen Betrags ändern kann, hat mich mehr als enttäuscht. Leider musste ich direkt ein Jahresabo buchen

Vorteile:

Usercentrics bietet einige tolle Funktionen, so sind zum Beispiel die Datenschutztexte der einzelnen Tools nach meinem Eindruck sehr gut.

Nachteile:

Ich habe leider keine guten Erfahrungen mit Usercentrics gemacht. Sie selbst nutzen den Cookie-Banner auf ihrer eigenen Website. Ich dachte, dass die gleiche UI dann auch bei der Buchung eines Tarifs gewählt werden kann, dies ist nach meiner Erfahrung jedoch nicht so: Die Überschrift kann ich nur im Business Tarif für 39 € / Monat ändern, den Text des Buttons sogar nur im Enterprise Paket (Preis auf Anfrage).

Integration mit dem Baukasten WIX.com funktioniert nicht

Kommentare: Die Cookies müssen über eine Liste mit einer Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten angewählt werden. Ich hätte gehofft, dass das über einen automatisierten Seitenscan funktioniert.

Vorteile:

Da ich die Software nicht mit WIX.com benutzen konnte, kann ich hier keine Bewertung abgeben. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich Grafikerin bin, keine Entwicklerin/Programmiererin. Aber ein Konkurrenzprodukt funktioniert für mich benutzerfreundlich und intuitiv, sodass ich von Usercentrics wieder Abstand genommen habe.

Nachteile:

Die fehlende Kompatibilität mit WIX.com.

Perfect to manage multiple domains

Kommentare: Using cookiebot allowed us to be on top of our cookie management not only for GDPR compliance but also to comply with our internal legal policies, I'd love so much using it that I've moved to other companies and I still recommend always to use cookiebot.

Vorteile:

Being able to manage all the cookies restrictions from different pages within the company has being ideal for our team.

Nachteile:

I was very used to the cookiebot manager in the old platform now that we have another dashboard is a bit of a struggle but I'll get used to it ;)

Product is easy to use and set up and answers a simple need for a reasonable price.

Not a clear view on product roadmap, having a view on coming evolutions would help.

The most intuitive CMP I know

Kommentare: I'm a partner with Usercentrics for quite some years, implementing it in multiple websites. Overall it's easy to use and I get help when needed, so I'm very happy recommending it to others.

Vorteile:

The initial setup is quite easy and the interface self explaining. When needed I can contact support and get sufficient help pretty fast.

Nachteile:

Not sure if I'm using it wrong, but a regular notification about new services on the website, which aren't captured in the tool yet, would be very helpful.

The best CMP solution for us

Vorteile:

The overall user experience is fantastic. Even if you’re not using their integrations for different CMS or e-commerce platforms, but you’re implementing a custom integration to a React app, the process was well-documented and felt really thought-out.

Nachteile:

Based on their definition of a session, it is quite hard to estimate the actual pricing plan that will be needed.

Probably the best GDPR-compliant CMP

Kommentare: Usercentrics offered an excellent onboarding experience with a smooth setup, allowing us to complete it in under a day.

Vorteile:

European product, GDPR compliant, easy setup with minimal development input.

Nachteile:

I want more options for personalizing the consent banner, such as size and position.

Powerful Consent Management Platform

Kommentare: Currently going through a website redesign. We reached out to Usercentrics while we were looking for a tool that would allow us to comply with legal requirements while also proving to be a well-engineered software which we could customize to meet our own specific needs. Integrating all the technologies we utilize with the CMP proved to be effortless and I'd definitely recommend implementing Usercentrics to manage privacy settings and legal compliance.

Vorteile:

-Integrations are easy to manage -UI is fully customizable (very easy to customize popup to match corporate CI with access to CSS ) - Flexibility when it comes to wording and configuring the user journey. - Effortless implementation

Nachteile:

- Nothing to complain about at this stage

Ensuring peace of mind with Usercentrics

Easy to use Consent Management Platform

Kommentare: When evaluating many CMPs (and also testing others) the only option left was using UserCentrics due to feature completeness, good support and flexibility. Highly recommend UserCentrics as CMP

Vorteile:

- easy to implement (Tag Manager integration) - customer service - documentation - good configuration options (wording, ux, ...)

Nachteile:

none (so far), if there as something negative this was probably the general understanding of consent management and how to handle which pixel (marketing, essential, ..). But this was no problem of UserCentrics, but internal argumentation
