Vorteile:
The background checks are very quick and we know the status when it's really completed.
Nachteile:
I really don't have any issues while using the product. Only one issue I had is the references that I provided , the email was not sent to the reference for the first time.

Vorteile:
Easily accessed on your mobile - can take employers seconds to complete a reference. Helpful and customizable notifications, easy to keep a track of pending checks.
Nachteile:
Zinc do not use the Work Number to verify employment, which means that it is not globally inclusive and works better for some countries than it does for others. We spend a lot of time at Snyk finding work arounds, directly with the employee. The employment verifications section need some work as is hard to set the criteria you want, as new joiners/employees can find ways around this. We wanted to set our references to either 3 past employers, or employment verification(s) that covered the last 7 years - whichever was met first. However this isn't possible, it can only be either or. Also if employees provide two references, for the same employer, this counts towards the 3 different employer references needed, and this is not right.

Vorteile:
It is easy to use, good design, background check and identity very good.
Nachteile:
Background academy, when uploading the diploma does not read the dates well, this is a problem since the months of the diplomas in Spain do not appear.

Nothing bad to say, really. There's a free trial if you're unsure.

Really easy process and instructions which mean its difficult for you to go wrong.
Nachteile:
The absolute need for confirmation of my degree undertaken >10yrs ago in an unrelated field. But I suppose that was the employer and not Zinc specifically.
