Vorteile:

Nachteile:

- Limited international presence: Razorpay is primarily focused on the Indian market, so it is not the best option for businesses with international customers or clients. They did not approve me the first time I applied.- Fees can add up, especially when we start having high volume transactions.- Integration challenges: depending on your business and the platform you use, integrating Razorpay may require some technical know-how or the assistance of a developer, we needed one for Wordpress.- Limited payment options: while Razorpay offers a range of payment options, it does not support certain types of payments or certain countries, AMEX particularly has issues.

Kommentare: My overall experience is good. My all payments are instant. It automatically authorise the transaction and inform you over notification channels. But as per my previous experience support system needs more improvement. For a issue I started live chat but at last the agent raised a ticket and said that relevant team will respond to the issue where the issue was not such big. Later the support agent who replied to ticket couldn't resolve my issue. They have little bugs which they are not able to solve after a long time of business. With a huge payment methods and easy to use gateway Razorpay is the best.

You can also create invoices here through which you can receive payment directly through these invoices from your customers. It has all-in-one dashboard where you can manage all the links, pages, customers, transactions, reports, members and many more. On every transaction you can customise the notification as email and sms. This is the best for small businesses to grow more. With Razorpay you can provide various payment methods like UPI, Debit or credit card, Net banking, Pay Later, etc to your users. Payments are instant and secure with Razorpay. Setup and website integration is super easy and instant also. Support system is good. You can chat with live agents to solve your issues.

Nachteile:

When it comes to 2% charges, I think this is little bit high for a small business. Apart from that if you need to get money settled to your bank account instantly then you have to pay little more extra charges which is nill in Paytm case.

Horrid experience. The most horrible company

Kommentare: Horrible. Won't recommend them. They don't respond, when yiu finally get to them they say they opened a customer service ticket but don't. Nothing shows up. Never helpful in any way

Vorteile:

The software is ok. Charges are high but it's relatively ok to use.

Nachteile:

No customer support. Select accounts are given chat options and is disabled as soon as you chat with them more than 2-3 times.

Vorteile:

The best thing about Razorpay is it allows many useful features and the commission fee is very low.

Nachteile:

Razorpay should also offer to create a solution to create a simple e-commerce store like Instamojo.

Using it for years but didn't have any issues with this payment gateway but I will recommend to make the Android app more user-friendly.

Kommentare: The overall experience with Razorpay is fine ok but improveing some of the features like cashback or rewards and decreaseing charges it would be better

Razorpay it charges too when compared to other payment apps and it some times Daley payment processing and it takes commesions for every payments and delay response from the customers

Very bad experiance with razorpay

Kommentare: i had very bad experience . when i call support , i didn't get a satisfactory answer .every time given same reason and when my concern raised to seniors but they also don't have any importance of our query . one of the worst service ever received . My ticket id is .9635033

if customer support is not good then what to say about razorpay. They don't have direct customer support which is most important in business .

Nachteile:

customer query resolution should on top pririty .

My over all experience with razorypay was amazing.User friendly interface.clear cut tax details explanation.user can easily track failed transaction.Trustable payment mode too.

Nachteile:

One the main drack is tansation delay while paying payment get stuck.

Arrogant Team Poor service just because they feel people don't have other options.

Kommentare: Overall experience was good previously but as the company grows they are not able to control things and get arrogant with time. Customers paying using QR codes, second time it is getting refunded to customer after giving success message. Very Poor service.

Great Payment Gateway Solution for Online Business

Kommentare: I have been using Razorpay for my Horticulture business since 2017 to accept online payments from my clients and since then I have never faced any problem. All my clients have made payments without complaining about my payment gateway. I receive all notifications and alerts and have never missed any notification ever.

Vorteile:

The best part about Razorpay is they do not have many compliances to approve the account. I provided all my company documents and they approved my account within 3 days. And since then I have been using my account without any problem.

Nachteile:

The only thing I do not like about Razorpay is the invoicing system. It has some basic invoicing templates and do not have a professional invoice format. Also I do not have any option to create any invoice format of my own.

We implemented Razorpay to accept subscription payments from our Indian users. It offers a lot of payment options. Apart from it, there are options to generate QR code, payment links, invoices and payment pages.

Fees for using Payment pages is very high.

Kommentare: Razorpay helps us with streamlining our payment processes. We haven't had any delays in processing or creating reimbursement requests with Razorpay so far

Vorteile:

Claiming reimbursements & creating automated tax statements are extremely useful for creating a seamless user journey for all our employees. The software is also really user-friendly & greatly customisable as well.

Nachteile:

The UI is cluttered in such a way that it's difficult to navigate in between different modules easily. (From Tax deductions to reimbursement or Payslips for example) There are also minor bugs but nothing otherwise.

Very quick setup and discounted offers

Vorteile:

We get offers every time as credits, which we can redeem to get commission free payments, otherwise also whatever feature we think is already available in razorpay payment gateway portal. the portal is very simple and easy to use, it just took 10-15 minutes to understand and raise invoices and create payment pages.

Nachteile:

some international cards are not usable, also some times the issue of low limit comes. rest all is fine.

Worst Payment Gateway

Kommentare: Pathetic for eCommerce startups. Please stay away, as they don't refund the money, even on transaction reversal.

Vorteile:

The integrations are pretty good. Also, the user interface is nice. They also have developed a very sophisticated system for merchant payouts.

Nachteile:

Extremely rude customer support and unethical company. Do not use their payment integration services, as they don't offer refund of transaction fees on reversal. Stay away from this scam. I repeat, stay away.

Vorteile:

Very easy to setup with your ecommece. Payments success rate is also high and offers most payment types (netbanking, cards, UPI etc.) Backend analytics provided by the software is also quite comprehensive.

Nachteile:

Would love to see more banks added to the netbanking option

Good but comparatively high transaction cost.

Kommentare: It's nearly impossible for us to collect the International Payments through any other payment gateway except Paypal and its charges are exorbitant.

Vorteile:

We've tried and tested many payment gateways but in terms of features and on-boarding time, Razorpay beats all. And, the Payment Pages and Subscription product is really good.

Nachteile:

We wish if they work on the transaction rates and providing 24x7 support. Plus there's a very high failure rate for Internation transactions.

Worst technical & customer support you can ever imagine!

Kommentare: I made mistake by selecting Razorpay, and would like to suggest everyone not to even try Razorpay - complete waste of time & money.

Vorteile:

Good UI, and highly promoted, ready integration in some cases

Nachteile:

There is tons of cons, here are few: 1) Account activation will take at least a month, and documents will be asked randomly and no standard process will be followed. 2) After activation banks like Axis, HDFC, ICICI & many others - will not be available for net banking. And need separate activation and after a wait of months, it may be activated. 3) Support tickets will take days to attend, and will be closed without resolution. 4) Basically payment gateway service provider without any support.

Vorteile:

Razorpay provide best customer support, as i was facing some issue they handle and solved my problem on prority also razopay integration is very easy with website as well as mobile application and there payment cycle is good.

Nachteile:

They have 2 major problem: 1- You can't change bank account details if the account is not created on your name, in this case you have to create new razorpay account. 2- International payment is too much complicated there are too much compliances.
