Best Tour Operator System I ever use

I have known the Toursys project since its inception, I remember well how little by little it was taking shape and how, its creators, were taking into consideration each one of the details that involved the Tour Operation. From the beginning, it was seen that the system was going to revolutionize the industry, it was noticeable in the intensity of the sessions, the quality of the investigations and in the updating of the language, and how it adapted to the changes that were beginning to occur as the idea of settling in the "cloud", an aspect that makes it totally different from all the options that at least I have tried.
As new needs arose, such as the inclusion of value-added tax, electronic invoicing, and integration with CRM and finance, Toursys analyzed it and sought the best way to incorporate it via modules while maintaining a very manageable cost structure.
In short, the Toursys system designed with the idea of satisfying all the needs of a Tour Operator is fantastic.
In my experience of more than 20 years working as a Receptive Operator in Costa Rica, I have not seen a system that is equal to it.

Complete package and personalized support
Kommentare: TourSys helps us with our daily operations (offering, selling and booking customized trips) and keeping control, both operational and financial. The system also helps us to be more efficient and prevents human made errors.
Vorteile:
For us, the system is complete and we do not need complementary software or programs. We have received personalized training and support from the TourSys team. Their support service is fast and they are more than willing to help with questions or additional, personal requests.
Nachteile:
It would be great to have a written manual about every part of the software. As we understood, TourSys is working on this as we write this review. It has to be taken into consideration that it takes quite some time to upload all the data (clients, providers, services, prices) necessary, before one can start to put the system to use.

Kommentare: Excellent, since day 1 I knew that this software could make more efficient my work and it did.
Vorteile:
Easy to learn how to use it in less time than other computer systems. It runs on the cloud so you just need internet connection to use it from any work place or country. Fast answer by the customer support.
Nachteile:
This is a hard question because the company that developed the product continues to innovate every month with new features or easier ways to do procedures of the system. I could ask for more reports only.
Easy to use, multi-language- multi currency- It includes all modules, affordable for small companies
Kommentare: I think the most important thing is that it allows us to be more orderly with our accounting, deliver nice and fast quotes to customers and very important that we can operate with fewer people, it saves us money. For me as a manager I can see sales statistics by region, profitability by service and by customer. Another important thing is that we have financial statements every day, I don't have to wait.
Vorteile:
Very quick implementation time: Very fast If you have the suppliers information (Services, rates). We took 2 weeks in order to prepare our first quotations. Same day of the training we started using it. Easy to use. It has a lot of helps in each field. 100% UX. All modules in one system (Quotations, reservations, operations (It is very important for us), supplier's prepayments, accounts receivables, accounts payables, General Legder, Banking, petite cash, built in translator NO google translator. To be able for exporting all information to excel files, any moment. Multi-language. Very important because our native language is spanish. Multi Currency. We have suppliers in colones (Costa Rica Currency), but our customers are in USA or Europe (Euros). Billing system with the local electronic invoicing module (Fiscal laws). FAST, FAST, FAST. Every query takes 3 seconds, it does not matter how many customers or suppliers (We have 450). Support in spanish or english. The new version has video tutorials for each module.
Nachteile:
I do not have any issue until today. They are having to many customers around the world and I am concern about future in terms of support.
