We have about 27 different processes so this is very time consuming. This is also important for us as an immigration firm because we could save a lot of time by adding editable merge fields (WITHOUT REQUIRING SIGNATURE as USCIS does not allow e-signature). Additionally, for some reason, when you add an additional process to an existing application, the checklist and file sharing of the new process does not transfer over. I wish there was a way to make the new process the dominating process. Finally, we often do processes for multiple family members. I wish there was a way to connect the family members so we would not have to ask the same questions to each family member over and over again during our intake. For example, if it's a family of three (mom, dad, and child) and each person has their own application, I wish I did not have to type in each parents' name, date of birth, address, etc when I input the child's data. Rather, I wish it could automatically detect who the family members are and autofill. But worst of all: when using fill-in fields in PDF documents for e-signature - they are ALWAYS shifted from the place you put them. So besides being illogical, half-made (Cyberpunk is more deployment-ready than this), it is useless for E-signatures and document collection.
