Game-changing customer analytics product for an ecommerce company
The implementation and customer success teams in Conjura are superb, with quick response times, and great industry knowledge. They are quick to pick up the unique seasonal aspects of our business and highlight to us the metrics and dashboards that we should be using to monitor these aspects.
The Conjura platform has helped us gain a better understanding of our business and of our customers. It is the only way to gain a single view of our customers. It has helped us focus separately on new and existing customer segments, which we were previously unable to identify. Through Conjura we can now monitor the channels and campaigns that are acquiring the highest volumes of new customers for the business. This has allowed us to grow revenue significantly
Conjura provides us with a joined-up view of all customer and marketing data. This removes the data silos that we had in our organisation and gives us a single view of the customer. The single view allows us to analyse our customers' journey from first click on a marketing campaign all the way through to final purchase. The underlying Conjura data layer is refreshed nightly meaning we always have the most up-to-date data on which to make our marketing spend decisions.
The Conjura product also includes a suite of dashboards that enables the team to monitor marketing performance on a daily basis. This allows us to react fast with corrective action when a campaign or channel is under-performing. The strategic-level dashboards help the team to build out the marketing strategy for the coming year and observe trends during different campaigns. These strategic-level dashboards also drive campaign planning for our peak seasons by providing us with a view of the retention of our customer segments and analysis on the lifetime value of these key customer groupings. This allows us to target the best customers for our business and ensure we are getting the maximum return for our marketing spend. With Conjura we are able to monitor our ROAS at a campaign level this as never possible before as we never had this data link between our revenue and online spend.
Nachteile: Some of our more unique data sources didn’t have a pre-built Conjura data connector. Custom-built connectors took a little longer to build as part of the implementation.
