Best in Class - MirrorWave
Not only am I a big advocate of the software and its use for measuring, analyzing and improving relationships but I am also a big advocate of the team at Mirror Wave. The customer representative adds immense value to your business through their advice on running customer/relationship program's, what to do with the data, and how to get the best out of your relationships.
They are constantly seeking feedback on the software itself and as a result of feedback given to them have made a number of enhancements which in turn continues to ensure they are market leaders in this space.
The software is from a user standpoint is very easy to use and intuitive. The ability to dive deep into the data and produce a range of analysis is first class. It enables the user and the organisation to access customers responses almost instantly and be able to take hold of the clients feedback and address it immediately which clients value immensely.
The software enables a 'story' of the relationship to be told and to show how the relationship has evolved, how the customers responses have been actioned and as a result how value has been added back into the relationship which in turn has lead to deeper, more productive, and profitable relationships.
The reporting outputs of the software are excellent and reports can be easily downloaded and transferred into client or management presentations.
Nachteile: There is nothing I did not like about the software.

Kommentare: At the moment I am using MirrorWave to "follow" individuals on their path through Career Transition/Outplacement. I am gaining many benefits from this: Really understanding what works and what does not work in order to provide the most benefit to these individuals; being able to intervene even after the formal process has finished to continue to assist these individuals (and their current or new organisations) achieve the best possible outcome - this is proving to be very powerful; great stories to use with clients, candidates and potential clients.
Vorteile: Ease of use. Clarity of information. Excellent fit to the overall concept of MirrorWave, that is, following over time. The software allows you to easily access the journey. Ability to use the software to share information easily with stakeholders.
Nachteile: Nothing springs to mind. I am looking forward to seeing the new enhancements to the system.

Kommentare: My personal overall experience has been exceptional. From the support when the product was installed through to continued day to day results that we see from using the product within the business and major global clients.
Vorteile: The product enabled myself and the business to clearly understand where our customers felt the relationship was between our two teams and also areas that were not working as well as they should. This crucial information allowed us to bring new solutions to the table and also identify any areas of concern that we were not previously aware existed. Customer support was also exceptional.
Nachteile: No concerns come immediately to mind. I do remember a couple of small issues early on but once advised the team was quick to create new functionality to make the process work more seamlessly.
