There are times when the tasks takes time to appear which delays the workload. I also wish there was a feature where contacts from emails can be autopopulated into Vipecloud.

Best CRM for small sized businesses

Kommentare: VipeCloud has been a great asset in helping us organize and keep track of customer interactions on a daily basis. In particular, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been outstanding in providing personalized support in exploring how best to use VipeCloud to suit us as a law firm. Having tried a number of systems and databases over the years, we can say with confidence that VipeCloud is one of the most user-friendly ones and can be customized to meet our needs rather than forcing us to reconfigure our data to fit the system.

Vorteile:

Easy of use & easy integration. The user experience has been positive thanks to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who has been a great help from the get-go. Suggestions from us (the users) are considered and have been implemented in the new releases.

Nachteile:

An Auto-saving feature in the Email template would be really helpful. Users should be able to re-order the pipelines instead of deleting and re-typing them.

The Must Have Product

Vorteile:

This is the must have product for an executive wanting to maintain a sales force and a customer base ; yet still be able to take a vacation. This year was the first carefree 2 week vacation I was able to have with my family.

Nachteile:

I have an assistant that operates all of VipeCloud for me in a seamless way.

VipeCloud Email Service

Kommentare: I have been very pleased with the product and the customer service

Vorteile:

I like that my email can be sent to very large groups and that it is a very professsional looking email and page set up

Nachteile:

It takes a little more time to write and email and insert links and pictures than just using a standard email program.

Does everything I need it to

Kommentare: It was an easy ramp-up to get started and the Support Team was super helpful. I like the video tutorials I can watch to learn how to use features.

Vorteile:

It "looks" very similar to Outlook and therefore I can bounce in and out of Vipecloud and feel familiar. I love the fact I can send and track Advanced Mass Email

Nachteile:

not really, but I'm also fairly certain I only use about 30% of its capability

Vipecloud has helped grow my business.

Kommentare: I love that I can communicate with my Team and my Customers. It is a wonderful tool.

Vorteile:

Reaching out to my team and keeping them informed for new products and training. I also use it for monthly recognition. Communication is so easy with Vipe Cloud. I can personalize easily by adding video's and pictures. I also love that they have an app. Plus they have great customer servic.

Nachteile:

At times I am not as "techy" but I have two assistants that help along with great tutorials that Vipe Cloud has for us.

Excellent features for a fantastic price.

It goes out to everyone I want it to in just a few minutes. I tend to use the same things over and over- but I find it easy to do. My assistant does most of the work!

Nachteile:

I would like tutorials easy to find to instruct us on how to do certain things. As I said, my assistant does most of the work, but somethings I have to personally do, and it takes me a while to get through them

Customer support like no other

Kommentare: I wish I had reached out to customer support sooner. [sensitive content hidden] got right back to me about a question I thought was pretty involved regarding duplicate contacts. He sent me super easy to follow steps to update my contact lists. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the quick answer, even on a Sunday! Put me at ease and got my email campaign back on track!

Vorteile:

I find it easy to update email templates and keep track of my email communication with my clients.

Nachteile:

Wish the email that was used could be our regular gmail email.

Great capabilities, but not Sales Rep Friendly

Kommentare: I tried for a year to get it to work. I felt like if I could just spend time with it I'd get comfortable, but it just doesn't seem to do the trick. Takes me too long to work it.

Vorteile:

Customer support is great. Team steps in and covers. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is responsive. It has some great capabilities built in. Series, Video, Customization, Integration and affordability safety pieces built in

Nachteile:

The help center is unsearchable. It's all predetermined with mega tags, so getting the one issue you want resolved is not easy to find. Have to plow through videos in hope of finding one thing. E.g how to create a Contact ListIt's not an initiative CRM. I had to relearn every time I used. (It's not designed to be used as a functional CRM) Importing contacts has to be csv, so have to convert Excel. Have to manually go into Task to work. Doesn't automatically prompt for a Follow up item.

Made My Marketing Agency Run 10X Smoother

Kommentare: Before I got VipeCloud, I was constantly buried in spreadsheets and data which costs me a ton of time every week. Now I've been able to consolidate all of my data, keep track of sales pipelines, and run automated email campaigns — all in one platform. It's like having an assistant without a salary.

Vorteile:

VipeCloud allowed me to keep track of all of my contacts across my business in detail and provided me an array of features within the Marketing Suite, Sales CRM, along with a bunch of automation solutions.

Nachteile:

It's hard to find much wrong with VipeCloud since they're always constantly innovating to stay on top of the other CRMs out there.

Game Changer

Kommentare: The ability to set up workflows (series) and automate a lot of my sales process has been the most beneficial. Having an organized process in place is what has helped make our company successful.

Vorteile:

VipeCloud gave me everything I needed to manage my clients efficiently for a fraction of the cost compared to the big name CRMs.

Nachteile:

I am about seven months in, from when I first started using VipeCloud. I'm happy to report that anytime we came across an issue that any feature didn't work for our system - the VC team worked with us to either improve or add a feature, or help us with a work-around.

Great customer support, powerful software!

Vorteile:

I really appreciate the email filing system and how easy it is to see and track messages that have been sent.

Nachteile:

It's a little bit more complex to use than BombBomb and I know we don't utilize all of the features.

VipeCloud is Great for Boosting Small Business Marketing!

Kommentare: Very helpful, lots of features that we haven't even begin to use but plan to utilize in the future, helpful company, makes communication with customers more personalized and streamlined.

I love the capabilities to customize so much about emails and schedule emails and social media posts so I can plan so much easier.

Nachteile:

There are a few features that can be difficult to learn or figure out without help, but we have been able to get help in using the software.

Amazing communication tool

Kommentare: Very positive. Very effective. I highly recommend it.

Vorteile:

The systems that allow me to communicate with personal touch. That my customers and team members can hear my voice as well as see my words and pictures when I communicate. It also maximizes the effectiveness of my time management.

Nachteile:

Learning a new system and finding resources easily. Also I need to know when and who I send emails to and I’m struggling to find that info.

Best program on the market

Vorteile:

I am over the moon impressed with the ease of this product. I love the analysis report given after each mass email. Impressive.

Nachteile:

I have no cons related to this product.

Excellent Resource

Kommentare: I love this because I’m able to get important information out to my unit and it looks very professional and eye appealing while also including all the most important things!

Vorteile:

Having an app for viewing and sending information and not having to log into a website every time!

Nachteile:

Mainly just the process of trying to learn how to use it without a lot of “how tos”.

I would prefer to be able to name the uploads before they get uploaded.
