Nimbus user friendly & Time saver
Vorteile: The staff at Monteck Carter have been using Nimbus for nearly over 6 years. We've also changed over from another software to XPM recently & the transition was super easy to do. We use Nimbus for our Questionnaires, Quotes, GST reminders and submitting the completed annual accounts to our clients. It is super user friendly system and the support is out of this world. We are constantly seeking opportunity to streamline our processes and to be a paperless environment and this software is crucial to our success achieving this. I would highly recommend this software for any accounting firm.
Nachteile: Could have more training videos available

Your only DM and Client Portal Option
Kommentare: Being a partner with Nimbus, together we are solving firms collaboration and secure communication problems. Its integration and ease of use have even benefited us internally as we use it as our primary document store and Client Communication tool.
Vorteile: DM,Versioning,Portal & digital signing..
Nachteile: No Cons at this moment, it really is easy to use.

Problem solving portal
Kommentare: Only looked at Nimbus as a tool to make us GDPR compliant, but it’s turned out so much more. We use it for many tasks, especially helpful with onboarding.
Vorteile: Easy to use, very client friendly. Has been easy to set up scheduled and repeated emails. The digital signing of documents has been very useful and time saving.
Nachteile: A little clunky when setting up a new client and linking to a contact, but once you know how it’s simple

Great Document Management System
Kommentare: Would recommend this system for any business with large volumes of documents and/or sharing of files with clients.
Nimbus provides a secure client portal for easy sharing and signing of documents - no more email attachments!
The Microsoft Office Add-ins are also very handy to use for saving documents straight into the CDM system.
Also is mobile-friendly for viewing and signing your documents.
Nachteile: There was nothing in particular I didn't like, as it does what it's supposed to.
