Kommentare: My favorite part of rater8 is my rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. Shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] She is smart, an expert with the program, makes great suggestions. Plus, she has been 1 to 1 with me since I joined, and I really value that.

Vorteile:

Love the program. My number of Google reviews has increased exactly the way they told me it would happen.

Nachteile:

Very powerful in terms of settings. Many features. It's a lot to learn. But they walk you through it all.

Kommentare: Overall, I'm very satisfied with rater8. The website is very clear and easy to navigate. The data is clear and easy to read and the updates are very much appreciated. My favorite part is the support we receive as soon as a request is sent in. The customer service aspect is phenomenal.

Vorteile:

It is user friendly and fast. The support is extremely fast and does not diminish with their growth. I appreciate the team working to accommodate our requests and help us gather as much data that's needed in order for us to improve and grow.

Nachteile:

The appeal process; certain departments are not able to complete certain tasks and the negative comment is outside of their scope of practice, leading the them to have a negative impact over something that is outside of their control. The ability to search for a specific question or response on the website can be limited or difficult.

Rater8 review

Vorteile:

I like the ability to keep track of reviews based on provider and location.

Nachteile:

It's easy to get bogged down in the customization (which isn't a bad thing in and of itself).

Excellent Tool

Vorteile:

We use rater8 on behalf of our clients for review generation and monitoring. It's helped us build our client's brand reputation from nonexistent to near perfect. The process has helped them internally identify areas for improvement that may not have been addressed if not heard from their patients.

Nachteile:

I could write about their quarterly meetings and how organized and responsive their team is. Or perhaps the consistent improvements and additions they add for reporting and analysis that make it easier to improve listings and ratings. I guess I'll leave it at you get what you pay for.

The best reputation management system on the market

Kommentare: We are extremely happy. The results have been great for us. Without any reservation, I would highly recommend rater8. You won't be disappointed.

Vorteile:

It is the best reputation management platform. They continually develop and improve their product. The support team is responsive and excellent. Our rep, [sensitive content hidden] is the best. She is passionate, full of knowledge and is always looking at ways to improve our practice results.

Nachteile:

I wish we had found rater8 sooner then we did.

Account manager and help staff is extremely response and the tool is easy to use, overall. Whenever we have a problem, the help team tackles it right away.

Sometimes the funcionality gets messed up when responding to reviews.

6 months in, very happy customer

Kommentare: In just our first month, we obtained more reviews than had been obtained over the past 2 years combined. This has had a positive impact on the visibility of our listings, which has converted new patients

Vorteile:

Super easy integration, friendly and helpful onboarding and customer experience staff, and knowledgeable guidance on recommendations for our reputation management strategy.

Nachteile:

Integration with our EMR to automate review requests would result in additional cost -- unavoidable, but also not a huge deal as the more hands-on approach allows me to be in the dashboard every day and keeping tabs on how we're doing.

Like having an inside track on Reputation Management

Kommentare: Hands down best vendor to work with on any application.

Vorteile:

They are constantly upgrading/improving the platform, which many companies do. But they go the extra step of monitoring your data, meeting with you on a regularly scheduled basis to make suggestions to improve outcomes in various areas. I am always amazed at how well they know our results across multiple survey sites. I have never once felt I was steered in the wrong direction by their recommendations.

Nachteile:

Honestly it would take me all day to try to think of something.

An Abundant Product Fairly Prices

Vorteile:

This software allows my office to seamlessly increase their reputation without much work. It provides data to physicians to allow them to see their digital appearance online. It allows us to create a professional impression on patients.

Nachteile:

NONE. We don't have any current issues with this product.

Game Changer!

Vorteile:

Love how easy the platform is to navigate, the review solicitation and generation process looks legit (not spammy) and has greatly improved our patient feedback. Customization of internal vs external reviews helps to keep our finger on the pulse of high-priority improvement items. This platform has made it easier to share positive feedback with our physicians as well, we always get to hear about the negative feedback but the positive is just as important. The customer service is exceptional!

Nachteile:

The only downside at all is that the report has to be uploaded manually on a daily basis for us. Working to find a way to automate this down the line.

rater8 for the WIN!

Vorteile:

Since implementing rater8 the number of reviews we've received has risen dramatically. Increasing reviews on Google has improved our SEO. We love that our patient reviews also feed directly onto our website, which eliminated the previous manual process. Our past patient surveys were mailed out to our patients, so automating the process has saved us thousands of dollars in postage annually. The staff at rater8 is VERY responsive, patient and supportive. Not only during the implementation phase but as we move forward. They provide quarterly calls to ensure we understand how to use the tool to its full potential. Their follow-through, product knowledge and responsiveness are unparalleled.

Nachteile:

Not a whole lot. Had to think a bit to identify anything we don't like! The day of a quarterly call with rater8 I received what appeared to be a random sales email from rater8 highlighting the ability for our patient reviews to be shared on our social media platforms. No one had told me about that yet, and I wish it were mentioned during the scheduled call. It is a feature we are not currently utilizing but will consider it.

Vorteile:

We use our benchmarking with other practices as part of our AAAHC accreditation requirement. I love the canned responses that can be used to reply to google reviews.

Nachteile:

I cannot think of anything I do not like about this product.

rater8 is intuitive, easy to use and packed with valuable tools and data analytics. Their customer support team is top notch, super knowledge and very responsive - they seem to anticipate our needs.

You cannot ask specific survey questions related to your practice and providers. All survey questions are asked the same across the board.

Boost To Our Online Reputation

Vorteile:

Rater8 has been an outstanding asset in getting reviews on Google and other search websites. In the past 2+ years of using Rater8, our Google reviews have gone from mixed to a 4.9 with over a thousand reviews. Compared to our competitors, our reviews are unmatched. Rater8 prompts customers/patients to leave both internal and external feedback. This leads to more people leaving reviews and more feedback to improve your business. Integrating Rater8 can make a good business stand out and improve.

Nachteile:

Rater8 reviews are intended to be private. While this is good for the reviewer, it does make it difficult to indentify the reviewer or get context for their comments. I understand why this is the case, but our business strives on using negative reviews to improve when we can.

Rater8 & Online reputation

Kommentare: Overall we have been very happy with Rater8, we have been meeting our goals for increasing our online presence and we have many tools at our disposal to help us interpret patient feedback.

Vorteile:

We liked how easy it was to implement Rater8 and to monitor on an ongoing basis how our online reputation was being built. Our patients find it easy to use and that is also very important.

Nachteile:

We don't really have any cons, as we had questions, we get great response from support as well as during our quarterly checkin meetings.

Beyond Pleased with rater8!

Kommentare: Outstanding - all of the employees we have worked with over the past several years have been beyond helpful and friendly. Truly A+ customer service. I'm never hesitant to ask "stupid" questions because they always respond so thoughtfully and thoroughly and make me feel happy that I asked!

Vorteile:

Product is so easy to use, and really tailored to accommodate patients and make it as simple for them as possible to take a few seconds out of their day and respond to the email they receive. I love that they aren't being inundated with too many questions, and I love that they can just leave a simple 1-5 star rating and comment below their rating if they choose to.

Nachteile:

I truly don't have any complaints, nor do my colleagues who use it. A few of the physicians wish it could do more, such as provide patients with aftercare instructions, etc. But we were never looking to get that out of this product, just patient satisfaction surveys!

Nachteile:

I do not have any cons in using the system other than time consumption with quarterly follow-ups/meetings. Should possibly consider a different way to communicate with clients on needs/upgrades, outcomes and products. Virtual meetings/Calls for an hour is unnecessary if client has no issues.

Best decision

Kommentare: We have a very busy office with some outstanding physicians but it has always been difficult to show that from an online perspective since the only people that normally leave a review without being asked are the patients that are upset. Once we started with Rater8 we found that a large portion of our patients really love our office and love our physicians and are happy to leave a review but only if they receive a request and it must be easy for them to do. With Rater8 our online reputation has significantly improved, not only has the number of reviews greatly increased but our overall star rating has increased as well. Another benefit has been employee job satisfaction, since patients have been able to leave reviews not only about the physicians but also about employees, I have found that employee pride and commitment has improved as well.

Vorteile:

One of the best things about this software was the ease of integration. It was up within 24 hours and we began to receive reviews immediately. With a busy office to run, I do not have time for lengthy implementations, it could not have been any easier to get stated.

Nachteile:

I have not had any issues that I feel need to be improved.
