Evolution - the tech team at Consumer Affairs continues to evolve the product to provide more features every year. Analytics - the in depth analytics of all customer reviews has simplified our reputation management and provided insights into where we may be dropping the ball and how to improve upon them.

Nachteile: When customers leave reviews there is a slight delay in post time. This is due to many reasons that are out of many of our controls but the longer we wait to respond the lower our chances of resolving the issue.
