Vorteile:
This is simple, sleek, modern and effective. Better than many of the larger platforms.
Nachteile:
With anything simple, some of the features are limited as the software is built around user-friendly, simple experience.

Very easy to implement and customize. Integrates seamlessly with Active Directory. Great selection of training courses, phishing templates. Can create your own if needed.
Nachteile:
Could use a few tweaks here and there, but that's true of almost any other software. I have no complaints about KnowBe4

I liked that the video on cyber security was broken down into small clips. The video quality and images kept the segments engaging.
Nachteile:
I didn’t like the consistent use of the phrase “bad guys” when referring to cyber criminals.

Kommentare: El problema que en estos momentos que está solucionando la herramienta es medir el nivel de madurez en cuanto a Ciberseguridad poseen los usuarios de la institución, para así poder determinar el tipo de Capacitación y pruebas que requieren.
Vorteile:
Dentro de las funciones más impactantes que posee la plataforma de capacitación KnowBe4 se destacan: las pruebas de phishing que se pueden enviar a los usuarios; así como también, el conjunto de videos y/o series de corte educativo, en los cuales se conoce como cuidarse frente a amenazas cibernéticas. El producto es bastante fácil de utilizar, su integración con los usuarios del Active Directory fue sencilla de efectuar.
Nachteile:
La integración de la aplicación con los procesos de la organización fue fácil de implementar, esto debido a que la empresa cuenta con un Departamento de Seguridad de TI que se encargó de la puesta en ejecución del mismo.

They know what they are doing!
Kommentare: We needed to move fast on a few aspects of compliance for our insurance carrier, the only roadblock was our own team. The KnowBe4 team was extremely knowledgeable and available whenever you needed.
Vorteile:
The tool is extremely robust and easy to use. You will get more than you need out of the product and that isn't something to complain about, as the price point makes so much sense.
Nachteile:
I would say content control needs some work. When working toward education of the employees surrounding this new tool there isn't much to choose from.
