Kommentare: We have been using WeBee at our hotel for a while now and without a doubt, it is one of the most valuable tools our hotel has. Not only having a native app for the hotel is prestigious but also direct engagement with our guests increased satisfaction, therefore, lead to more return-guests. WeBee was most helpful with their support and initial setup process. We would recommend WeBee to any hotel that would like to increase the value of their establishments.
Vorteile:
Direct engagement with guests, fast and contactless check-in.
Nachteile:
Nothing to dislike about this software...

Kommentare: Guest recognition, problem acknowledge, extra revenue with user friendly menu etc..
Vorteile:
Tailor-made, Ability to make all changes / configurations during and after the installation and integration
Nachteile:
Last min changes / updates. As we are managing very huge operation and had many last minute updates can be made on time without any issue.

Kommentare: It is a good program but need development in some area i think. Quick and direct contact with guest gives great advantage. Guests birthday selection is not working, support team is working on it for about 5 months.
Vorteile:
Prompt actions. 24 hours connection with guest.
Nachteile:
For some guests it seems diffucult to use. Especially for elderly people.

A must-have for hotels

This combination benefits both our guests and our staff. Furthermore, the app is user-friendly, compatible with both Android and iOS devices, and offered at a reasonable price.
Vorteile:
The ability to tailor the app to a hotel's brand creates a more cohesive and personalized guest experience. This is crucial point for us. In additional to collect all hotel services under one digital applciation - is good idea. I believe that it is very usefull for hotel guests.
Nachteile:
Sometimes the speed of application is not balanced. I think it can be improved and may be it is based on hotel internet speed.

Vorteile:
Webee is a very effecient product that has all the features we could possible need. It is a very user friendly product whether from customer aspect or staff. The deployment of the product was very simple and straight-forward. No complicated tech. The sales team and the support team are absolutely fantastic. Very responsive, very flexible, and always there for us.
Nachteile:
Reporting dashboard and data base has space for improvement. But all the basic reporting features are there.
