Kommentare: Die Ersteller des QR Code Generator stellen zunächst einen angeblich "kostenlosen" QR Code zur Verfügung, welcher dann ein paar Tagen deaktiviert wird mit der Meldung "Der Ersteller hat diesen Code deaktiviert" (was ja den Kunden blamiert, da das nicht stimmt, sondern der Generator hat den QR Code deaktiviert). Die einzige Chance, den Code weiter zu benutzen sind Pakete bei welchem man entweder für 60 Euro jährlich maximal 10.000 Scans bekommt oder für 155 Euro unbegrenzt viele Scans. Es wird eine Knappheit von Scans simuliert, als ob beim Anbieter hierfür Kosten entstehen... schrecklich!

Obwohl in der Google-Suche angepriesen wird, dass der QR-Code kostenfrei ist, deaktiviert sich dieser nach der Probezeit von 14 Tagen. Eine Jahresgebühr von über 60 Euro muss bezahlt werden, damit die QR-Codes ihre Gültigkeit behalten. Lasst die Finger davon! Der Kundenservice ist absolut mangelhaft, eine Klärung nicht möglich. Ich bin absolut unzufrieden und fühle mich betrogen.

An easy way to enhance your customer experience

Kommentare: We wanted a software that was able to create as many QR Codes as we wanted and also give accurate and real time reporting features. Our client needs to see the campaign in action and we can provide the data to support every decision made with these QR codes.

Vorteile:

The QR Code generation is pretty seamless, we're able to save a template and use it with different codes. It's quite a fair value for our money, we got a 12 month subscription and we're already loving the analytics, customization and reporting features of this service.

Nachteile:

Maybe I would like a better experience in mobile. An app could be ideal.

Scam - Be ready to give your money away

Kommentare: Awful. They don't tell you that they will charge you until after they have you locked in and then they charge you more than you select.

Vorteile:

They provided me a working QR Code. That's about it.

Nachteile:

They said nothing about needing a plan, then charged me for a full year membership after I selected just the monthly plan. They would not provide a refund or change the plan length.

Dissatified Education (Bait to Switch)

Kommentare: I 100% regret inadvertently believing I could create a FREE QR code only to have it deactivated in 14 days. I should know this was Bait to Switch for an expensive product. Following deactivation, I believed I was activating my QR Code for a total of $9.99 only to find out I purchased a $120 product. I immediately tried to cancel the purchase but there is not a phone number and the AI Bot was not helpful. Through various emails with "customer service" I learned I paid $120 to create 2 QR Codes. And, there are absolutely no refunds ever given and no exceptions to this policy (insert BIG red flag). Also, the review has required info boxes with limited options, in the dropdown box so some information may not be complete. I am an educator and used the QR code to support teachers (not mobile marketing)

While this very expensive lesson cost me a lot and took supply money away from my students, I will continuing sharing/educating others in hopes that no other educator takes the BAIT and pays dearly as I did! $120 for 1 User and 2 QR Codes. That is $60 per QR Code. There are FREE and appropriately priced QR Code Generators for educators who are trying to meet the multifaceted needs of students and stakeholders.

Customer service is horrible. I went through to pay for a monthly plan and ended up getting charged for the entire year, even after making sure there was nothing that said yearly plan. Yet somehow I was charge $120. They are refusing to refund the money as it has already charged me for the year. I will make sure to find all review sites to leave a review.

No pros. You make a QR code and then they tell you 2 weeks later you have to pay at least $120 for a year subscription to use this code.

Nachteile:

False Advertising. Not disclosing full information when creating QR code. Only a chatbot to reach support, then it creates a ticket which who knows how long it will take to get a response. When I attempted to purchase the $120 starter plan, it wouldn't properly take in the info so the QR code that was supposed to be sent/given out in this next week for a business is still inactive.

Zero Warning on Auto Renewal and No Refunds

It was easy to use and it worked fine, but the poor service outweighed this pro.

Nachteile:

After receiving zero warning about an automatic renewal approaching (which they automatically enroll you in when you sign up), I asked politely for a refund and let their support know I would no longer be using the service and did not intend to renew for another year. Then I received a reply with zero understanding, zero empathy, and zero compassion. They stated they sent a reply 30 days prior which they absolutely did not. As many of the others in this forum have stated, they lie about sending a notification and just charge you. I cannot recommend highly enough that you go with a different QR code service. They should really be ashamed of themselves.

We subscribed to the Professional Plan, we use the Qr codes at our company as our business cards and can redirect our potential clients to our instagram, youtube, and facebook page. the thing we love about this plan is that we have unlimited scans, and we can access the software for up to 5 users which is great. Creating a Qr code from start to managing and checking the analytics is an easy task on this website. we haven't encountered any problems so far.

Nachteile:

sometimes some Qr codes do not scan on some outdated phones iOS or Android, but this happens very rarely. Other than that we have no problems or anything that we dislike about it so far.

App works but customer service is terrible

Kommentare: The service works fine but the customer service aspect is very off-putting. They would rather have my money than take care of me as a customer and get my recommendation. I would have recommended this to others but I would hate to see one of my friends get bit with the unrefundable charge the way I did. Don't use this product if you want to be valued as a customer.

Vorteile:

It's easy to create QR codes and use them for a number of different applications. We used it for our wedding invites to direct people to our online RSVP form and registry. We printed them on our invites and it worked for everyone that used it.

Nachteile:

Like others have noted they aren't upfront about costs so you start using it and then they surprise you by shutting down your QR code scans and asking you to pay. This happened to us after our wedding invites were already sent out. Thankfully one of our friends let us know it wasn't working and I went ahead and paid for a year subscription. Happy to pay but would have been better to know upfront. Second, they auto-renew your subscription without sending you any sort of notice. And after they charge your account they refuse to refund and cite their terms of service as justification.

Make all you want with a QR

Nothing. I used it thinking that I could use the free trial for my wedding invitations. The free trial really doesn't exist because after 7 days, they hold your QR code hostage. You can't use the code you received in the free trial without paying $60.

Nachteile:

Needless to say, I had to pay $60 so that I could use the QR code. 1 year later, I get an email notifying me that I renewed. I know I didn't auto-renew something I would be using 1 time. When I contacted the customer service, they try to tell me that I received an email 30 days prior to my renewal and it's my fault if I didn't receive it. I checked SPAM and all other folders and NOTHING. Not to mention, if it ended up in SPAM, why did I receive an auto-renew email just fine? This company is a total scam. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Create QR Codes like a pro!

Kommentare: Overall I was very pleased with my experience with QR Code Generator Pro. Once I've updated my website and made a few admin changes, I will be upgrading my free trial to a paid subscription. It's worth it!

I came across this software on my way out to a networking event. I wanted to put up a sign so that even if I didn't meet someone personally, they could reach me after the fact. Setting up my QR code was a breeze, and the result for my target audience is absolutely beautiful. QR Code Generator Pro is the epitome of a must-have tool for small businesses with limited budgets in this digital and global economy.

Nachteile:

I don't have many suggestions at this time because I was honestly blown away by what it offered. The only suggestion that comes to mind is that when adding a logo to the middle of the QR code, it would be nice if it was larger.

Scammers! You get a "Free" code and then they pull the plug after you Advertise it.

Kommentare: Don't get Duped like I did! I created this QR code, printed it right onto my trade-show booth, and then when I got to the trade show it didn't work unless i paid for a membership. Total Scam!

No fair warning that you will not be able to use your dynamic QR code after the trial

QR codes are not active after the free trial version. They make it easy and fast to create your first code with no warning that you will not be able to use that code without paying the yearly fee. We are a small business starting and needed only 1 QR code for our brochures that are now printed. We have to pay for a year for the pro version when we have no use at all and a small budget. Feeling trapped, this isn't how business should be done. No solution to switch to a static-free QR code.
