Kommentare: I work in a telecommunications company and we manage different websites. In particular, in our communications management we administer a website that can only be viewed by internal audiences and another site that is directed to the external public of the company and the community in general. For example, this tool has allowed us, in the case of the internal page, to know the interests of our workers regarding the news published by the company. Knowing what you want to know about our organization and has allowed us to detect that the news that reports on labor benefits, promotions and salary adjustments are the most visited month by month. In the case of our external website, the tool allows us to visualize that the community that visits our site does so to obtain information about plans and services, as well as top-ups for their mobile devices.

Vorteile: Using Google Analytics is essential when managing a web page. Since this tool allows you to have a comprehensive statistical analysis on traffic and the general behavior of our website, free. - The first benefit of this tool is that it is free.
- It is easy to install or apply to our website.
- This tool is great to have a daily record of how many people visit our website.
- It offers detailed statistics about each of the URLs of our site that are most visited.
- Generates daily navigation reports, visiting hours and busiest places.
- Shows the number of visits to the site in real time on each of the pages.
- It details the average duration of each visit, something that allows you to analyze the contents published there to make improvements.

Nachteile: - I found it difficult to provide access to new users so that they can also review the statistics on the website.
- Only the person who has access can see, online, the statistics that the tool shows. This has generated that in our daily practice only one person must export the reports to present them to the managers of the company.
- If an account is disabled all the registered information is lost. That's why the tool forces us to take care of that initial registration as if it were gold.

Kommentare: Overall, Google Analytics is the best web analytics tool when compared to other tools available in the market. It gives us more valuable data and the user interfaces of GA are very user-friendly. Even I can make customized dashboards according to my needs. So I would like to recommend GA for anyone who is looking for a web analytics tool.

Vorteile: As a whole, people have many positive demonstrations with Google analytics. We especially
like this since we can download our PDFs from our traffic reports and to our web pages. So, you

I know what marketing channels are most effective for me (organic vs. paid) and am able to make data driven decisions based on information that I know is accurate. From real-time reporting to custom data sets based on your desired conversions and events, everything is trackable within Google Analytics. To get the most out of the application, I would also recommend getting yourself Analytics certified, using Google's intuitive LMS software.

Nachteile: There's very little to complain about when it comes to using Google Analytics. If you aren't familiar with the system, it may take you a while to figure where to find the data that you're looking for, but with a little time (and going through the certification process) you can easily transform the way you use data to make decisions for your business.

Kommentare: My overall experience with Google Analytics has been a positive one despite the other features that I do not know how to use. I am using the stats I get from Google Analytics to improve and refine my website content. I am able to tell what is working for my site and hence I can easily focus my abilities on those areas. I am also using it to support my marketing efforts. I am able to give potential advertisers detailed information about my audience and where they are from. That way each audience gets a tailored pitch.

Vorteile: Google Analytics provides useful insights into my website traffic. I make mobile apps as well and so the information on what devices visit my site is very helpful. The aggregation of users by country is quite helpful and has helped me tailor my content to suit the audience that visits my site.

Nachteile: Some of the terminology is too technical and requires a tech person to fully understand it. I am a self taught web developer, so there are some features which I do not use because I do not understand what they are, or their significance. These include words like "coverage" and "index" The objective of this data should be to give meaning so that developers make better decisions. I would appreciate a summary that gives an overview of what it all means. A summarized statement e.g. "This might cause your site to crash, so remove such and such", or "You have 2 errors, do ABC to fix them." There are small help questions in the console but they do not give much information to a beginner. So i do get informed about errors but I do not even know where to start if I want to fix them. I think it would work better if there was an inbuilt teaching feature when one hovers over certain words.

Kommentare: Overall my experience with Google Analytics has been rewarding. I have been able to understand customer segments and use the various dashboards to deep dive into marketing data.

Vorteile: Google Analytics is a very powerful segmentation tool that helps us a lot with Marketing decisions. It is easy to track eCommerce and goals which helps us keep business on track. It is easy to understand the direction we need to take with website changes using the various data insights from Google Analytics.

Nachteile: It is a little difficult to teach new hires. They need to learn the various intricacies of Google Analytics and they need to understand the language of Google Analytics. It is a little time-consuming.
