Efficient Minute Keeping
Vorteile:
Ability to take notes during the meeting with only limited post editing required

No auto-correct for spelling. Size of text font is too small.

Review Process PA
Kommentare: We run the Executive Committee meetings through Process PA. We also keep various governance documents on file within the program. When it works to its full capacity, it is quite marvelous, but this is not always the case.
Vorteile:
Having everything all in one place. When it works to full functionality, it is marvelous. It is very intuitive for a user experience.
Nachteile:
I find it to be a bit "flaky" at times. It is NOT the internet / wifi that is at fault - because there are no problems with any other programs or cloud software in use from my own office. There are times that emails (agendas etc) will not send and then ultimately fail to send after some hours. The next day there will be no problem. Committee members have found it impossible to download documents (e.g. attachment within the agenda). All they can get is a blank page - or nothing at all.

Kommentare: Process PA allows me to track all the agendas and minutes of the different entities I manage. It creates agendas and minutes that are easy to share. It facilitates agenda and minute sharing and tracks attendance and voting. It covers all meeting related details.

Using some features isn't always intuitive but it is easy to rectify any missteps you might make.
Some good features, some areas to work on
Kommentare: It has been an improvement on the Word document agenda previously used for this particular committee. There are some (probably relatively minor) frustrations in formatting, some cumbersome elements, and some features that have been more helpful than anticipated (especially tracking action items from meetings). Generally I prefer it to the previous way of setting and distributing an agenda and keeping minutes, however there are some (already noted) conveniences that would make it even more helpful/easier to use.
Vorteile:
Taking minutes has been easy for the particular meetings for which I act as secretary. (Caveat noted in "cons" below re proposals) Convenience of having all documents included in agenda as attachments, keeping everything needed for the meeting very accessible Makes it easy to follow up on action items and note what has and has not been completed
Nachteile:
Have not been able to copy and paste a table into the meeting agenda, meaning it has to be recreated each meeting. A workaround has been to add the table as an attachment. The agenda items have not saved between meetings, meaning the headings have to be manually changed each time to suit the particular committee's standard agenda. Somewhat cumbersome to add in the proposals at meetings with the delegated responsibilities. Often holding up a meeting to ensure these are captured accurately before moving to the next item.
