Kommentare: Wir nutzen Snapcall um die Auswahl für unsere Kunden Personal Shopping um einen weiteren Kanal zu erweitern. So können wir dem Kunden fast den persönlichen Service wie in einer Boutique bieten.
Vorteile:
Die Integration mit zendesk ist sehr einfach. Das Team und auch die Kunden können es fast intuitiv bedienen.
Nachteile:
Es wäre super, wenn man noch ein Hintergrundbild auswählen kann. Somit kann man entscheiden, was für ein Hintergrund der Kunde in dem Videocall sehen soll.

Vorteile:
There are several points that I love about this software, however, my two favorite features would be the ability to add a "call button" to virtually any website, and the ability to extract information before speaking with a customer. I love the information extraction ability. I can easily have an understanding of what the customer is looking for, before we actually speak. It's really a great feature, and the call button is easy to install.
Nachteile:
The only downside I can find with this software is that, depending on the package, you are limited on the number of calls and digital calls you can receive, however, if you have a proper understanding of your business and your needs, this shouldn't be an issue.

Kommentare: SnapCall provides excellent service, continually improving their technology while keeping costs reasonable. Anytime I reach out for support or service, issues are identified and corrected quickly. GREAT PRODUCT from a WONDERFUL COMPANY!
Vorteile:
SnapCall was simple to install and use within our existing LiveChat account. The technology provides a reliable and simple solution for agents to connect with customers. With one click, agents can switch from chat, to voice call and to video call easily. Customers do not have to download anything, it is easy to use from a customer or agent perspective. Calls are always clear, unlike our traditional Voice provider (RingCentral).
Nachteile:
Early in development, there was some issues with microphone permissions but SnapCall worked hard to resolve these issues for future versions.

fast and practical

I really liked the practicality, ease of use and the various tools that they made available to us during the trial period.
Nachteile:
I had difficulty accessing it at first and another issue is that I tried to download the application on my cell phone because it was more practical, but I did not find it in the play store
