Kommentare: E-shot has always been a staple part of my job, I've never had any bad experiences with it but have had to deal with the odd issue here and there. Our account manager has always been on top of it and been incredbily helpful whenever needed, E-shot's customer service is fantastic!

Vorteile: E-Shot has always been simple and intuitive to use. Every thing is laid out clearly and labelled well so not too much time has to be spent learning the software.

Nachteile: It did initially lack some features that would be easily available on other platforms but over the past few months, changes have been rolled out to rectify this. I still don't like the Drag & Drop feature as it's limited with it's customability, I understand it is there to make the process of designing an email quick and easy but sometimes our layouts require a little more precision so it would be nice to have access to the code when needed.

Kommentare: We have a great relationship with E-shot, the support has been exceptional with fast response to queries and problems

Vorteile: I had to take over creating our regular newsletters at short notice and with no formal training. I managed to work out how to use Drag and Drop and within a couple of days of trial and error created a passable newsletter. I am (probably), one of E-shot's older users, and have no particular technical skills or background, so I think it shows how intuitive and clear the system is and if I can work my way around it, then it should be easy for anyone else!

Nachteile: Font choice is limited, also you can't select a font to be used in a whole newlsetter, you have to select it each time within the block. When setting up an All Groups newsletter in advance, new members are not automatically added. When resending newsletters to non displayers they also can't be set up too far in advance as anyone who does display is not removed from the group list

Kommentare: Forfront has been helpful and has allowed us to continue to provide a newsletter service to our audience, we have also used them to build html files for us and the turnaround with this has always been impressive.

Vorteile: Very user friendly, easy to manage contacts, scheduling of newsletters to g out at specifc times is also a plus and the fact we also have a dedicated account manager who is readily available is an excellent feature whcih has made my role easier.

Nachteile: This may sound odd but I genuinly can't think of any negative features, it does exactly what we need it to do.

Kommentare: Overall the staff the are great, and knowing they are UK base company giving support on any problems i get ared only phone call away or using there live chat.

Vorteile: We being using the E-shot for over 5 years and seen the development and ease of the software change, with new feature, adding all the time, the best part is the drag and drop feature which give it great use, know that all the E-shot will auto re-size to any screen.

Nachteile: The only part of the software I can see has con, is the upload image will not work or load sometimes.

Kommentare: Pretty good. The support has been very good and are on the ball with new developments. A recent example include the free GDPR workshops prior to the legislation coming into effect.

Vorteile: The core email editor is really easy to use and once you've sent the campaign, the reporting features provide some great insights to performance. Your contact list also manages itself, so you don't have to worry about remembering to unsubscribe a user or re-uploading previously dead contacts. All of it is automatically filtered based on the contacts preferences.

Nachteile: Occasionally the service appears unavailable, but this is due to Google Chromes caching. Clearing it fixes the issue.
