I had one page where data was taken not properly. After submitting information on to support they fixed that in one day. Such an amazing result even keeping in mind that I am not a paid, customer. Thanks a lot

Kommentare: Our business relationship continued more than 2 years and they had been a great partner for us.

Vorteile:

It took a bit of energy and effort from our end when the project kicked in and got the product onboarded, but the scraping / exporting data went smoothly in daily basis and their monitoring also worked well so that we were comfortable with both their outcome and the process. Their customer success team members were always there in our Slack workspace and we could reach out for them anytime we wanted and they responded us in timely manner, too.

Nachteile:

One of the reasons why we ended the contract with them besides our business requirement changes was the monthly fee rise request coming unexpectedly high. That was something they needed and I respect that, but in our case, we did not need the data with that cost any more so we declined the request and ended the business partnership.

First scraping exp with grepse

Kommentare: Overall good, but would think of going for it the second time because the reconfigure fee is higher and needed everytime you stop the crawlers.

Grepsr's team has always been extremely helpful and responsive. They are understanding of our needs and work diligently to provide suitable solutions within their services. Any time that I have a new project, the team is great at understanding the need and creating a plan to implement. Additionally, the pricing is very straight forward and customizable, based on your needs and budget.

Nachteile:

As with most web-scraping services, there are issues that arise with the daily data scraping in incorrectly. However, the team is quick to help resolve these issues.

Vorteile:

After working with a competitor, Grepsr is by far the best value for concierge data mining. Their customer service and turnaround is stellar. They work with you to customize the data in the format you need. I have already recommended them to other businesses.

Nachteile:

My only complaint is the invoices do not reflect the title of the scrape which makes it difficult to reconcile when there are many crawlers with the same pricing.

Grepsr really is easy. Extracting data is a matter of explaining requirements. You can do this either through text or uploading a file (or snapshot) or using a browser addon. The user is encouraged to add as much detail as possible while specifying requirements. The Grepsr staff gets to work immediately after the request is submitted and promise to service your request within a single day.
The interface is clean and simple, with each tab corresponding to a particular system view including your projects and extractors.

Kommentare: Great! We explored several different options, most of which were extremely complex and hard to configure, and or required python/scripting knowledge. Grepsr was just click, click, save, export and we had the data we needed.

Vorteile:

It was quite easy and intuitive to set up. It took me about 5 minutes to set up the first scrape job and the rest were just a few clicks. Exported the data quickly and easily retrieved via email or direct link.

Nachteile:

Some new HTML5/Ajax elements aren't natively supported, but support helped get us going on a stubborn page.

Prompt support delivered with incredible customer service. They were always responsive and addressed all questions. He also went the extra mile in helping us scope the relevant websites in order to have the most well organized output.

Nachteile:

It would be great if there were some added capabilities (e.g. machine learning) that could help sort unstructured data into their respective fields.

The format presented was in a csv-format which I didn't know and only looks presentable in certain tools. An already formated excel-file would be better
