Tragen Sie Ihre Preise und Ihre Verfügbarkeiten in unser System ein oder übermitteln Sie uns diese Informationen direkt von Ihrem PMS. Ihre Daten werden dann an alle verbundenen Buchungsportale weitergeleitet. Wenn eine Reservierung eingetroffen ist, übernehmen wir diese und ändern automatisch das Kontingent in alle Buchungsportale. Die Reservierung wird Ihnen zugestellt und mit Ihrem Hotelverwaltungsprogramm (PMS) synchronisiert.

Superb channel-manager for a reasonable price
Vorteile:
- The structure is very well thought out which makes the use quite easy. You can connect the different rooms and rates with each other and this make the daily work economicall. - Very good support - a lot of interfaces

Smooth operation
Kommentare: The onboarding was easy, we received always friendly support. The videos are easy to understand and when I was not able to help myself the helpdesk ansered soon.
Vorteile:
The software itself works smooth and without interuptions, this is important for us.
Nachteile:
Hard to say... small little things ... always have been solved quick or are easy to understand.

Probably the best channel manager out there
Kommentare: the purpose of a channel manager is to handle the high volume of reservations coming in and out without having to worry and this one does the job extremely well. Had nothing to worry about and when a couple of times i faced a problem the support team was there to fix the problem very quickly.
Vorteile:
Extremely easy to use, information presented in a very clear way, easy to understand.
Nachteile:
there isn't much to not like honestly. it has all the features you need and most important its very easy to use.

Very good service
Kommentare: We had to change all our GM (from an old system to Hotel Spider) a couple of months ago. The staff from Hotel Spider did everything we had to do for us (conference call so that we are also informed about eveything). Everything perfect. And they are happy to help at anytime!

The staff is always friendly and happy to help. You can call them at any time!

so far nothing to complain! They are very professionel
