The ELN designed by FindMolecule makes the transition painless, as it closely ressemble what a typical experimental chemist would enter in a lab book. It is so easy to rapidly modify quantities, with automatic adjustments to other reagents. The interface greatly accelerates the design of new experiments
Nachteile:
Some people may find the fact that it is cloud-based an issue, as data is not saved internally on-site. They do assure however state-of-the-art encryption and protection of the user data.

Kommentare: After years of research having troubles with many labs without proper inventory systems, when I started my independent career I looked for a proper software for inventory management of chemicals. FindMolecule saved my life and the lifes of my students. Extremely easy to insert new molecules, automatically finds safety informations, which is crucial for the safety of the entire lab.

I personally do not find problems. Maybe the chance to customise the view of the full online inventory table would be good, but not necessary.

Easy to deal, and great customer support.
Nachteile:
Sometimes the experiments are not showing properly on browser, but a single refresh page solves the problem. Besides, the inventory management functionality had some CAS inconsistencies.

Kommentare: We love it.
Vorteile:
Easy to use. Very intuitive. Affordable compared to other similar alternatives. Include chemical inventory as well. Customer service is excellent. Every time there is an issue, we contact them and they get back to us very quickly.
Nachteile:
As with all the electronic notebooks software, it is still not perfect but there are regular updates to make sure it improves all the time. We haven't had any major issues with it for the last several years.

Kommentare: This has been a very useful software since I started my PhD in Biochemistry and Biotechnology filed. Easy to track and find the structures of the chemicals.

Nachteile:
This software needs a sufficient training and knowledge before you start to suing it.
