The AI is a great feature to being able to ask a question and have the AI pull from all published content on Trainual is very useful and it even links where the employee can find the content.

> **Nachteile**: Importing documents, require formatting. Somethings are harder to get on than others. Though I found some work arounds that make it easier. I know it is something that they are working on.

> Its been an extremely great experience. I have had \[sensitive content hidden\]  who have helped me get implemented on trainaul and then after implementation the follow ups have been great. Trainual is very user friendly and allows you to manage your employees training and onboarding in one place. But it also allows you to add chrome extensions to sites your company uses, so they can access training notes as they are doing the process.
