Vorteile:
We use this software on the ambulance to record patient care info. The flow and ease of editing easily make this the best ePCR software I have used.
Nachteile:
The only issue has been occasional issues with updating firmware and server configs.
ESO Billing & EHR
Kommentare: It worked well for my company at the time. We used it specifically for ambulance & fire department billing with multiple companies across the united states.

I used this system specifically for ambulance & fire billing. It worked well, and was a great billing system for patients and providers to use.
Nachteile:
It was very old. It felt like a 1990s system that needed to be updated.
Great... when it works
Vorteile:
ESO is overall easy to use from an end user perspective. The integrated suite of products makes it easy for employees to have a single login to access scheduling, ePCR and QM messages. The data reporting is also great.
Nachteile:
Support... ESO support is shoddy at best. When things don't work, ESO will work tickets at their own pace, regardless of your operational need for the product to work correctly.
ESO For EMS - Great Reporting
Kommentare: Our percentage of billable trips has significantly increased with the aid of ESO. Our crews reporting ability has gone up due to the ease of use and lay out of the program. Customer service and support is always easily reachable.
Vorteile:
For day to day field use this software function seamlessly and is very user friendly. Our employees who use it in the field typically have no issues with it. The program is set up in a manner which makes it easy to reopen or reassign tickets if they were left incomplete. The program also has an easy view for our managers to review all open tickets for a sort of QA role. The system integrates well with our CAD system. I use the AD-HOC reporting software almost daily and love the functionality.
Nachteile:
Like I stated above I use the AD-HOC software almost daily. This function and some others can be less user friendly. Employees may require special training from ESO to learn to use some of these features. There used to be a glitch in the system and reports would disappear but this seems to be fixed now
ESO great software ridiculous price.
Vorteile:
It is clean and easy to use. It connects to my cardiac monitor and makes reports quick and efficient.
Nachteile:
The company nickel and dimes you for everything. They require training for each module you add for a fee that is outrageous. You cannot opt out. Not included in the initial price of the software.
