Very useful system, strong on analytics

Kommentare: Really positive experience using the tool on identification and analytics work. My team don’t do long term relationship management (simply because it's not our role within the business) but I can see the tool would be able to support this well. Would definitely recommend as an influencer software.

Vorteile:

Traackr is easy to use and has many useful features. It has a large database and a good search functionality so it is useful for finding influencers across a range of topics and in different countries. The network maps and social listening options are extremely useful, as is the functionality for checking articles being shared organically by influencers. Analytics options within the charts give you lots of useful cuts of the data and it's great being able to share the livelink to the charts. It's a strong option for influencer discovery, relationship management and analytics. I also find the customer service team to be helpful and very prompt with replies, which is really appreciated.

Nachteile:

Taking a good screenshot of the network maps can be a bit of a challenge and it can take a little time to dig into the tweets connecting the influencers - it would be great to be able to see that within the map rather than having to check the influencer profile. Price wise I think it starts at a really competitive price point, which is the reason we've been able to use it on so moany projects, however I would like to see more economies of scale within the pricing so I could sell it in on larger projects

Sophisticated approach to influencer relations

Vorteile:

The Traackr team are continually adapting and evolving the platform to move with the needs and demands of the industry

Nachteile:

The software doesn't cover every aspect of social media i.e. stories for Instagram and this is becoming fundamental to many of our campaigns

Kommentare: I think it is very easy to use and can be helpful when you're starting from scratch. I find myself using it less when I'm working on a project that's outside of a major city and I rarely use the project management tools.

Vorteile:

The project and tagging features are really helpful to stay organized when working with so many influencers.

Nachteile:

The language used doesn't really line-up to what you're doing if you're working with unpaid influencers. I like the ability to put people into different buckets/stages within a project, but it would be nice if those boxes were customizable. When looking for influencers in smaller cities, I think the pool of people could be better. Those areas don't have as many mega-influencers and it is hard to find people with 7-15k followers who are very influential locally.

Essential tool for Influencer programs

Kommentare: Overall, I've found Traackr's platform extremely helpful and essential to my influencer campaigns. My account representative is always available to help and goes the extra mile to make sure I'm getting the most out of the platform.

Vorteile:

Audience demographics, ease of adding influencers, availability of contact information and reporting capabilities. Traackr pulls audience demographics, allowing you to see where an influencer's audience is based or what the age range is, which is extremely helpful when vetting new influencers. Additionally, Traackr's database is not an opt-in network, so you can continually identify and add influencers you are interested in working with or need to vet. Plus, the platform provides influencer contact information, giving our team the ability to reach out directly rather than go through an agency. And the reporting capabilities are extremely insightful and elevate a lot of the manual tracking our department had to do in the past.

Nachteile:

Without proper training and the time to consistently use, the platform can feel overwhelming. But like anything, you just need to invest some time.

Easy, Convenient & Great Customer Support

Kommentare: Traackr is simple to set up and use, the analytics for each influencer is top-notch and the customer support team is excellent! They're also constantly updating the platform based on customer feedback. They just launched a feature that recommends influencer fees based on their engagement rate, which is super helpful for contract negotiation. I'm very happy we selected this platform.

Vorteile:

The tool recommends influencer fees based on their engagement rate. Once you work with an influencer, you can adjust the fees based on the engagement they received on the post mentioning your brand.

Nachteile:

The analytics & demographic data for Facebook is pretty minimal, but that's too be expected given the privacy of the platform.
