I highly recommend Formidable Forms

Vorteile:

Longtime user of Formidable Forms on MANY sites, and use it daily. The forms are amazing, but it's the features that seal the deal for me. I use almost everything offered in some form. Conditional formatting, zapier integration, Mailchimp, Woocommerce, Views... You name it, Formidable does it! It's pretty easy straightforward and simple to implement. Customer support is always incredible.

Nachteile:

The only negative for me is how Formidable's media upload folder can get bloated if one uses it to display views with large lists containing images.

Amazing form plugin

Kommentare: Been using Formidable Forms for just over 3 years now. We use it daily for our customers and internally. It's got a ton of great features and addons that really make it standout.
The UI is very user friendly and there's an ever growing library of articles and videos on the Formidable Forms website to push the plugin beyond being a simple form plugin.

Vorteile:

Great form plugin with an amazing amount of functionality that continues to grow and innovate. Excellent customer support and a wealth of very good FAQ's and howtos.

Nachteile:

Nothing really. The UI has improved considerably over the 3 years I've been using the plugin, which was my only original issue.

One of the better WordPress form plugins, with some limitations

Formidable is a great WordPress form plugin at its' core, and comes packed with a ton of features that other form plugins try to charge for. If you only need basic forms, you won't find a better plugin that's well-built and easy to use as Formidable. The paid version of Formidable is also awesome, with some pretty nifty features such as pageable (sliding) forms, and 3rd party integrations

Nachteile:

If you're a developer who needs to make style customization and modifications, Formidable will give you quite the headache. Given the limitations of the plugin, and the way the code is structured, some basic CSS styling takes significantly more work than it should.

What I liked most about Formidable Forms is the new User Registration Repeater. It has significantly streamlined the process of creating multiple user accounts, saving me a tremendous amount of time and effort. I also appreciate the plugin's user-friendly interface and extensive customization options.

Nachteile:

I haven't encountered any significant drawbacks with Formidable Forms yet. Small setbacks are quickly handled by the Customer Service.

Vorteile:

The best part about Formidable Forms is that you have the capability to design your forms any way that you want to. You can have your forms automatically notify you when someone fills them out, and you can setup an automatic email responder regarding however they filled out the form. It makes your work easier. Automate your work, so that you spend less time working and more time making money.

Nachteile:

The renewal price for the highest plan is really high. I would like it to come down to $250 yearly or less. Otherwise, I may have to make a change in the future. As a entrepreneur and starting out on my own while supporting 5 kids and my wife, it's not easy to continue paying with such high costs.

The plugin has a steep learning curve, especially for beginners, and some advanced features like quiz, survey, polls and especially integration with Woocomerce are only available in higher-priced plans, which may not suit all budgets.

Understandable, Powerful and easy to work with

Formidable Forms is incredibly easy to work with. The form builder is very intuitive, there are quite a few built in options available requiring no outside integration to add features.

Nachteile:

When you have a form with a lot of fields/conditionals, the interface tends to be a bit buggy. There also at times appears to be quality control issues upon update releases, leading to software bugs.

Very simple to use Form Builder with tons of features

Vorteile:

Building simple forms is really fast and easy. Simply drag and drop, then use all of the customization features to style, size, add dynamic or conditional elements.

Nachteile:

When displaying data from form views on my website, it adds a lot of JS and CSS, slowing down my pages. If your website is optimized for speed, you'll still be well within "good" speed parameters. But, if your website already struggles with load time or speed in general, adding views on your pages may slow things down.

I love using formidable Forms

Kommentare: I love it. I get frustrated sometimes but the support is excellent and usually makes thing okay agin very quickly.

Vorteile:

I love that from the beginning it is easy to install and get setup. There are rebuilt templates if you want something quick and easy or you can start from scratch and build a simple form really easily. If you want a more complex form there are endless possibilities.

Nachteile:

I would like to see more native integration with the likes of Square payments as I've had a few issues with a third part plugin.

Online registrations made easy

Kommentare: Great so far. We purchased an elite license since we use it on every project as a default installation.

Vorteile:

We were able to create an online school registration multi-step form pretty easily and then make modifications based on client feedback, addressing only the steps in the form where changes were needed. The ability to add in additional features like Zapier integration with just a few clicks is the best!

Nachteile:

It's a bit pricey, but in the end well worth it since we probably saved time and $$ not needing additional plugins for certain functions. Formidable has everything covered pretty well!

Great WordPress form plugin with features and templates galore

Vorteile:

Countless templates, integrations with API, Zapier, AI, and more! It even handles calculations, signatures, payments, uploads, and DIY applications. You can make a web application with this.

Nachteile:

The free version of the software is very average. You are forced to upgrade to get any usability out of it.

Kommentare: I have been using Formidable Forms since 2013. I cannot think of another WordPress plugin that I have used for so many years.

Vorteile:

Data collection, form builder, conditional logic, simple to use, great tech support. If you need help building a complicated form, they will help you. Also, Formidable Forms is under constant development. The team works hard to make it better.

Nachteile:

Formidable Forms can get expensive. It is easy to spend $200 annually if you need a lot of integrations and features, like ConvertKit, Stripe, etc. But I can understand why it is expensive because it is constantly being improved and the team provides great support. If you run an agency and have to provide advanced solutions to clients, buying Formidable Forms is a necessity.

Absolutely brilliant - turned my dreams into reality

The support is out of this world. In any software one is learning a lot of new skills so brilliant support makes the learning worth while. I could not have done so without it. I had a dream to turn our training companies administration, student management, and quality management system paperless. Formidable Forms has done that. Some of the things we do now, all paperless are; Student enrollment and payments; Keeping up to date records by auto sending emails for updated documentation at the correct time to each student or assessor; Multiple assessors countrywide uploading and assessing student assignments online; Moderators having immediate access to students work and assessors reports at any time from anywhere; Instant generation of reporting functions for the education authorities oversight and quality management role; Views showing snapshots of students progress with hyperlinks to every conceivable piece of data required by quality assurance and assessors throughout the process, and 'To Do' list automatically generated for each person who logs in based on their role ; Students have access to their own data at all times and can see their own progress; Students can maintain and view personal logbooks built into the system which also doubles as evidence for assessor to check currency of participation; The list goes on and on... Our site has over 80 forms with 426 Views.

Nachteile:

I an not competent with writing code myself, so battle with tasks involving custom code, but there are lots of samples available as well so this helps. Nothing really that I do not like. I just do not have the time to do more self learning as I do this voluntarily and have another real job.

Best online database creator i've ever stumbled upon

Kommentare: I am able to use my current hosting to operate my organization's databases and not pay 3rd party services monthly expensive fees to do the same job. My organizations entire operations are powered using formidable forms.

The functions and ease of creation allows you to create a simple or a complex comprehensive database on your website, I currently use it to manage my organization.

Nachteile:

Currently, the dynamic fields cannot be filtered using a lookup feature which only works for lookup fields, but I believe this can be added in future upgrades.ղ

Extremely versatile, very powerful. With formidable forms, anything is possible and therefore truly captures your imagination. With the abundance of wordpress templates and designs, and combined with formidable forms, you can create beautiful and functional websites.

Nachteile:

There is a steep learning curve to make it powerful. You will often be scratching your head how to get something done, and then once you find the answer, you are amazed and delighted. It takes time to master and you will need to be able to dabble in PHP code to make the best use. But for beginners and simple projects, its straight forward. Its slightly expensive if budget is restricted (and wordpress users use wordpress because its free so a premium plugin in a lot) - but the support and features you get make it worth it if you can maximise formidable potential

Nachteile:

It's difficult with the complexity to integrate with various add-ons such as Zapier. No-fault to FF, but it requires a lot more work to manage than I would like.

Options. Formidable offers an almost limitless range of performance. Multi-page forms, conditional logic, varied notifications, responses and even payment acceptance, among a host of other features. It is simple to use, but has a powerful back-end that lets you do almost anything.

Nachteile:

The pricing, the subscription. I appreciate good products and I know people have to make a living, but I'd have preferred a slightly lower price. That and the updating of changes made to forms. It can get a lost in the building of forms but you MUST save changes.

Formidable Forms is Formidable

Kommentare: I have used Formidable Forms for user management, data collection, and data analysis. I built an entire vendor bidding, grantee application, and product ordering system for a $2+ million dollar Cal-OES subgrant system and Formidable Forms was a solid, stable foundation.

Formidable Forms is the most feature-rich WordPress form builder I've found (and I have looked, long and hard). Easy to use, flexible, and cost-effective.

Nachteile:

Documentation could be better organized and more examples would help.

I love everything about Formidable. The ease of use. The large library of templates. The ability to create custom templates that can be reused. The fact that I can white label the plugin. I can create a customized forms experience for customers in a portion of the time and at a portion of the cost of a developer.

Nachteile:

The calculator functions are a bit tricky but nothing that you can't figure out with a reading in the documentation.
