Great for leads
Vorteile: It is super easy to use. I love that they have email reply options set up for you , that you can use as is or customize them. The customer service people seem really friendly.
Nachteile: when a user leaves all the leads they have claimed go back into the system and require to be reclaimed, this is very difficult to do. I wish the leads that were marked inactive wouldn't show back up to be reclaimed. I wish the webinar that was given went over more options.

Kommentare: Amazing time saver if a bit tricky to use. Support was amazing.
Vorteile: Marketers waste THE MOST time copying performance data into building dates. With sweetspot, we could connect multiple sources and design recurring ppt templates for performance data with room for custom comments after each export. This was a huge time saver. The support team also built out custom functionality for pairing with some our our marketing tools that they didn't yet have connectors for.
Nachteile: The API setup was sometimes tricky and very often the reports would generate junk if not set up "just so." We definitely needed a technical expert to manage this and couldn't have general marketers build out the templates, segments, and filters for us.
