Full features and easy to use, I can't believe Applauz is free

Vorteile:

The system is easy to use, and customer support is just amazing. The interface is also easy enough to use that I understood how to use the tools in minutes.

Nachteile:

it is necessary to prepare the HR team before implementing such a system, it is a big change that should not be underestimated.

what I love about applauz

Kommentare: I love it all together as we can recognize others for many different things such as helping, there for one another but you can also use it as a tool just to say good morning how is your day as our teams are spread apart so we can communicate even with other not in our district but that are part of the team over all

Vorteile:

I like that it gives us a chance to give recognition to others on the team.

Nachteile:

I've not found anything that i do not like about applauz

Fun to use, but didn't find it to be overly useful for us!

Kommentare: It gave us interesting ideas, we enjoyed using the software just didn't really fit with out operations.

Vorteile:

It's got an excellent user interface and UX design, so it's super easy to jump right in and start using Applauz for your employee recognition programs.

Nachteile:

It's not a knock on the software, but I just didn't find it brought that much value to us as an organization. We went back to our own "old-school" methods of recognizing our employees!

Excellent Platform / Operations Mgmt

Kommentare: Great! Will highly recommend this product to other companies. Great way for employees to engage with others within the company that are in various locations.

Cinemark gift cards do not have a barcode to scan

A fun way to connect with your peers.

Kommentare: The web app is very user friendly, and efficient. It helps connect with peers and it lets user celebrate each others success and growth.

Vorteile:

I recently started using Applauz and I couldn’t be more impressed with its functionality and user-friendly interface.

Nachteile:

The interface could use more reactions and ways to interact.

Applauz works

Kommentare: I love the motivation it provides to earn points while being effective and proactive @ work. It's an effective tool to keep us in "touch" especially when we're all in different locations. Putting a face to that voice we have constant interactions daily.

Vorteile:

I love how it provides us everyday employees the opportunity to openly motivate each other. To show appreciation and have a sense of community in the workplace.

Nachteile:

Honestly there isn't anything not to like about Applauz Recognition.

Kommentare: Love it, it is a good website for the company

Vorteile:

I like that that it has a wide range of options we can purchase and be updated on the newsfeed.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able trade in points for badges to get attendance points removed or be able to receive more badges for other things like we get with points or have the option to get badges instead of points.

buy free stuff with points that you accumulate for working hard and doing a great job

that the good stuff to buy are to expensive JAJAJAJAJ

The only con I have is having to search for something that I missed when I was off or on vacation.

Kommentare: So far so good. I redeem one apple watch with several products I won't use forever.

Loading slow and the categories of products are not enough

I enjoy how easy it is to keep in touch with many different coworkers from across multiple departments and locations within the company.

Nachteile:

At first, it takes a bit of time to get used to navigating the website. After practicing a bit, however, it becomes pretty intuitive.

The ability to publicly recognize agents and make them feel good about the work they do. I love the idea of the marketplace and points. Great motivator and morale booster.

I like receiving points that I can purchase pretty much anything I want, including a wide range of gift cards.

Nachteile:

I wish that the gift cards would show up a little quicker.

Kommentare: So far, it has been great for me. I have been able to recognize my agents and also redeem many badges and points for hundreds of dollars in Amazon gift cards.

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to earn and redeem rewards and having a platform to recognize my peers for their good work.

I do not like the limited post reactions available.
