For example, we can add order prefixes or change different aspects of an order that were imported from Shopify. Once in order desk, we can write additional automation rules to do almost anything we ever desired with the order data before passing to shipstation for shipment. As a dropship supplier, we are also able to use order desk to keep items in an order that are not shipped by our company from being submitted to us. This was done by using shopify vendor field or item tags to separate items that we supply. Order desk can look at an order, identify our items and then only identify the items on that we supply. It will then only import those items into orderdesk (and subsequently to Shipstation).
