Vorteile:

Konvertierung von Tabellen in Excel oder Word funktioniert ganz gut

Nachteile:

Manche Dateien (auch PDF) können nicht geöffnet werden, weil irgendwelche Treiber fehlen.....Kein Hinweis, wie dieser Fehler behoben werden kann.

The best pdf program out there

Vorteile:

easy to convert pdf's to any format and editing and can allow to modify any pdf and create a word document.

Nachteile:

program is hard to read on high resolution displays. So it is ok on a 1920x1080 display , but on a 4k display you need good eyes

Able2Extract Is Amazing!

Vorteile:

I love that it is customizable and that I can accurately convert PDF's to CSV based on the template that I am able to make. This is by far the best converter on the market.

Nachteile:

Non so far

Poor product and incompatible with MacOS

Kommentare: Very poor experience. I purchased version 19 on 9 Dec 23. MacOS version was not available. I emailed [sensitive content hidden] to complain that I parted with my money but the product was unavailable. He confirmed that their team were working on the issue and it would be available soon. It's now 3 Jan 24 and since then he has not replied to me email and I still don't have/can use the product I paid for. Very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this company or product to anyone I know.

Vorteile:

There is nothing to like - Able2Extract took my hard earned money and didn't provide the product I paid for.

Nachteile:

Don't like being defrauded/ignored ... No will to correct their poor service or treatment of client.

Overall, it's a Useful Product

Kommentare: It took some effort to figure out, but mostly does what we need.

Vorteile:

It works well to convert raster drawings to vectors. I convert manual drawings to AutoCAD format and then copy into MicroStation for editing.

Nachteile:

It would be nice if it could recognize and convert text into more recognized fonts. More features could be added, but to be fair I don't use it to its full capacity.

Great PDF to Excel Converter

Vorteile:

This produces great conversations to excel from a pdf for bank statements.

Nachteile:

The UI is antiquated and reminiscent of 1990s software freeware. I had an immediate negative reaction to the software when it loaded and spent time looking for a better software because I assumed this software couldn't compare against more modern options.

Speed and comprehensive approach to any PDF documents.

Nachteile:

Why does it always ask to save an office documents before it's openned in MS Office.

Easy to use. Very useful program. We use every day in company.

Boen Review

Kommentare: With each conversion I have to adjust the scale to get accurate dimensional measurements.

Vorteile:

That it does convert the PDF to a drawing my old AutoCad 2004 can read.

Nachteile:

The detail of bolt holes is not well defined.

Way too much information required for a review

Kommentare: Ask a maximum of 5 questions with an option to comment ( not required to complete)

Vorteile:

I hate having to write paragraphs to review a product. The product may be good but the process of a review stink.

Nachteile:

Again hate being pestered for a review a good product becomes a horrible product once you have to complete three pages to review.

Handy Software

Vorteile:

AutoCAD Conversion. AutoCAD converts PDF but I prefer this software.

Nachteile:

The price went up. I have to edit and clean up the files after converting but that's OK.

PDF to Excel Converter

Kommentare: Fast and easy to use!

Vorteile:

I use Able2Extract Professional to convert bank and credit card statements to Excel to make it easy to analyze transactions for periodic financial accounting.

Nachteile:

I haven't run across any issues to speak of.

Amazing experience

In our business a lot of our customers have legacy pdf pricing documents that contain multitudes of pricing grid matrices, Before we dicovered this software we would spend days manually inputting the figures into spreadsheets, this could leave us open to human error & costly mistakes. We tried a few other similar software products, but they never extracted the data we needed correctly. We had almost given up, then I found this product & it has changed the way we work for the better

Nachteile:

At the moment we have no cons on this product but as we dont fully use all its functions we cant really comment on this

Happy with Reservations

Kommentare: Having used this software for many years, it has always stood me in good stead. I'm hoping that my current conversion challenges will soon be a thing of the past.

Vorteile:

I've used this software for a long time now - many years. As translators clients often provided material either from another platform or format. In order to ensure timely delivery, the copy has to be converted into a basic format conducive to seamless translation of copy.

Nachteile:

Recently it has become necessary to couple Able2Extract with additional software to covert financial statements in PDF into a spreadsheet format without generating coded copy. Unfortunately, I have been able to successfully download the recommended software without an error message. Hence progress comes to a grinding halt.

Kommentare: We create Excel workbooks for gain/loss input in tax software and Word documents for deeds and estate planning work

Ease of use in creating new documents from PDFs

Nachteile:

Sometimes the software guesses wrong about words so that review is required and sometimes formatting is off. Having a very clean PDF helps

It has the ability to transfer data into excel or PDF form, so it's convenient at times

Not very accurate or organized. Even after extracting info, a lot is required to fix and edit it.

Able2extract for geologists

Kommentare: Huge saving in obtaining data from previous exploration, this can involve many years of data and we were able to convert it for use in our analysis.

Vorteile:

ability to convert data and detailed descriptions to Excel and Word with a high success rate We deal with a lot of historic data that we scan to PDF and then convert for our use. To hand type the huge amounts of data would be expensive, by scanning and converting it is relatively simple to do. Able2extract drag and drop and selection capability works really well.

Nachteile:

For our purposes it works very well and havent identified any Cons

Indespensible Utility

Kommentare: Version 12 is just another great release of a very strong utility. This has been my go-to utility for extracting data from PDFs to load into SQL databases and Excel sheets. I've been a user since 2006 and I can not imagine going back to OCR and manual correction.

Vorteile:

This software is very able to use and for the vast majority of the time, the simple automatic settings work flawlessly. For those other times, the simple interface lets you tweak the settings.

Nachteile:

Version 12 changed the extract to Excel algorithm which added a empty column to one of my financial reports. It didn't change the report other than to have an empty column that must be deleted before I can copy and paste into my financial model. This is not a big deal, just the only con I can think of.

Fantastic Tool For Converting PDF To CAD

Kommentare: On a daily basis I get pdf documents from clients, some have fallen out with their architects so we cant get the raw CAD File to annotate or edit. Able2Extract is ABLE to EXTRACT any pdf even scanned ones. Brilliant!

Its quite intuitive, easy to use and fast

I cant think of ANYTHING! It does everything I have asked of it and the new version is fast.

Vorteile:

Better than other similar products I've tried in accurately converting PDFs to Word or Excel. When I've had questions, staff have ALWAYS resolved my issues promptly and professionally, and even converted difficult docs for me!

Nachteile:

Can't think of anything. Really can't think of anything. Nothing coming to mind yet.
