Best Search Platform For The Money
Kommentare: This software makes it easy for bigger stores to make money. End of story.
Vorteile: After Search Spring is set up it is incredibly easy to use and gives you a ton of relevant and useful statistics for any ecommerce store. We realized that our customers using search ending up spending much more and had a very high conversion rate versus the people that did not use the search. So we made our search bar more available to use on desktop and mobile and it worked great! So many insights like this to see inside Search Spring.
Nachteile: Getting set up is the biggest frustration with Search Spring only because it takes a minimum of 4 weeks to do so. It includes all of the integration and set up from their team and it really isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things but it was a little frustrating to learn we had to pay while they were still integrating.

Search Results Have Never Looked Better
Vorteile: I think that this tool has done wonders for our site. It makes our search work so much better with auto complete and recommendations that are very relevant. I think that our customers really like how easy it is to find stuff on our site.
Nachteile: There are no real cons. It can be a pain to go into the software and try to resolve the zero-result searches and use synonyms and what not. But if you just spend about an hour or so per week, it can really help the software learn and make the search experience so much better for your customers.
